건강한 성인 남녀 50명을 대상으로 CTFA 가이드라인(The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association. Inc. 먼저 유효성분을 함유하는 니오좀을 제조하기 위해 원료로 하기 표 1에 기재된 조성으로 제조하였다. 폴리글리세릴-6 베헤네이트, 세테스-3, PEG-5 유채씨유 스테롤,콜레스테롤, 소듐 스테아로일 글루타메이트를 90℃로 가온하여 녹인 후, 글리세린과 정제수를 80℃로 가열하여 용해된 조성물에 투입한후, 이를 다시 90℃에서 1시간 동안 습윤하고 다시 40℃까지 냉각하였다. 냉각된 조성물에 판테놀과 효모 추출물 및 폴리페놀을 투입하여 유화한 후, 고압 균질기에서 1,000bar로 연속 5회 통과시킨 후, 냉각, 탈포하여 유효성분을 함유하는 니오좀을 수득하였다.First, the composition shown in Table 1 was prepared as a raw material to prepare a niosome containing an active ingredient.
