Abstract
Description
도 3은 실시예 1 및 실시예 2로부터 제조된 세리아 나노입자의 물리적 특성 분석결과를 나타낸 그래프이다. 구체적으로 도 3a는 5 mM Ce(NO3)2 및 1% 셀룰로오스 반응액을 사용한 다양한 방출시간으로 제조된 세리아 나노복합체(실시예 2)의 흡광도 변화를 측정한 UV-Vis 스펙트럼이다.
도 3b는 5 mM Ce(NO3)2 반응액을 사용한 다양한 방출시간으로 제조된 세리아 나노입자(실시예 2-15)에 대한 C1Ce0 및 C1Ce5의 FTIR 스펙트럼으로, 대조군으로 셀룰로오스에 대해서 FTIR 분석을 실시하였다.
도 3c는 실시예 2-15로부터 제조된 세리아 나노복합체에 대한 Ce 및 O2의 신호를 측정한 EDS 스펙트럼이다.
도 3d는 실시예 2-15로부터 제조된 세리아 나노복합체에 대한 2가 산화 상태(Ce3+ and Ce4+)를 나타낸 XPS 분석결과이다.

도 5는 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체를 TEM로 측정한 결과이다. 구체적으로 도 5a는 15 분 동안 플라즈마를 방출하여 합성된 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 C1Ce5에 대한 TEM 이미지이고, 도 5b는 도 5a의 구조를 개략적으로 도시한 것이며, 도 5c는 15 분 동안 플라즈마를 방출하여 합성된 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 격자 가장자리(lattice fringes)를 확인하기 위한, HRTEM 이미지이다. 도 5d는 15 분 동안 플라즈마를 방출하여 합성된 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 크기 분포를 측정하여 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6은 pH, 농도에 따른 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 항산화제 활성을 측정하여 나타낸 그래프이다. 구체적으로 도 6a는 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성을 측정하여 나타낸 그래프이고, 도 6b는 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 ˙OH 라디칼 소거 활성을 측정하여 나타낸 그래프이며, 도 6c는 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 수퍼옥사이드 라디칼 소거 활성을 측정하여 나타낸 그래프이며, 도 6d는 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 과산화수소 라디칼 소거 활성을 측정하여 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 7은 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 세포독성 분석 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다. 구체적으로 도 7a는 다양한 농도(0-1600 ㎍/㎖)의 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체를 HeLa 세포에 24 시간동안 처리하여 측정한, 세포의 생존율을 나타낸 그래프이고, 도 7b는 다양한 농도(0-1600 ㎍/㎖)의 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체를 HeLa 세포에 48 시간동안 처리하여 측정한, 세포의 생존율을 나타낸 그래프이다. STS를 음성 대조군으로 사용하였다.
도 8은 생체 외에서(in vitro), 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체의 항산화 활성을 측정하여 나타낸 결과로, 도 8a 및 d는 아무것도 처리하지 않은 HeLa 세포(정상 대조군), 도 8b 및 e는 ROS가 형성되는 STS(1 μM)로 처리된 ROS 세포(음성 대조군)(b), 손상된 핵(nucleus)(e)이고, 도 8c 및 f는 세포 감소와 핵 손상이 없는 실시예 2-15로부터 합성된 세리아 나노복합체(1000 ㎍/㎖)로 처리된 세포(실험군)이다. 스케일 바는 100 μm를 나타낸다.

Claims (17)
- 세리아 나노입자 및 상기 세리아 나노입자 표면을 둘러싸고 있고, 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 코팅층;을 포함하며,
다공성 나노복합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노복합체. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세리아 나노복합체는 해면 모양의 타원형 기공과, 마이크로섬유를 갖는 기공이 형성되어 있고, 상기 마이크로 섬유를 갖는 기공은 상기 세리아 나노복합체의 엣지에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세리아 나노복합체는 평균 입경이 1 내지 40 ㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세리아 나노복합체는 1 ㎚ 거리의 뚜렷한 격자 가장자리(Distinct lattice fringes)를 갖는 구형의 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세리아 나노복합체의 EDS 맴핑 결과, 세리아 나노복합체의 표면에는 2가(bivalent) Ce(청색)와 O(녹색)가 전체적으로 고루 분포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
에너지 분광 분석(Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy, EDS)를 통하여 상기 세리아 나노복합체를 분석하였을 때, O(K-series)와 Ce(L-series) 원소를 제외하고는 검출되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
X-선 광전자 분광법(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, XPS)을 통하여 상기 세리아 나노복합체를 분석하였을 때, 상기 세리아 나노입자의 표면 상에 세륨 원자들이 두 다른 산화 상태(Ce3+ 및 Ce4+)로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노복합체. - 1) 세리아 전구체와 셀룰로오스를 용매에 용해시켜 반응액을 제공하는 단계; 및
2) 상기 반응액 내에 플라즈마를 발생시켜 제1항에 따른 세리아 나노복합체를 합성하는 액상 플라즈마 반응단계;를 포함하는 세리아 나노복합체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 세리아 전구체는 세륨 질산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노입자의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 물, 에탄올, 메탄올, 아세톤 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노입자의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 반응액에서 세리아 전구체의 농도는 1 내지 5 mM인 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노입자의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 액상 플라즈마 반응 단계는 상기 반응액에 노출된 전극으로 공급되는 전원의 전압 800V, 주파수 30 KHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 플라즈마 반응을 이용한 세리아 나노입자의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 액상 플라즈마 반응 단계는 1 내지 25 분인 것을 특징으로 하는 세리아 나노입자의 제조방법. - 제1항에 따라 제조된 세리아 나노복합체를 포함하는 항산화용 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 세리아 나노복합체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 산화적 스트레스에 의한 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서,
상기 산화적 스트레스에 의한 질환은 뇌졸중, 심근경색, 당뇨병성 혈관장애, 고지혈증, 당뇨병, 간질, 파킨슨씨병 및 치매로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화적 스트레스에 의한 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
