The exercise
The heartbeat
The heart rate
The heart rate
More specifically, the converted heart rate value may be determined using the formula (real-time heart rate - resting heart rate)/(220 - user's age - resting heart rate) x 100 (% value), and as such, Considering the physical condition, etc., when the heart rate standard by the user's maximum effort is 100%, the real-time heart rate is converted to a percentage to generate a relative score, so that the relative ranking can be compared considering the physical condition and age of each user. It is possible to provide a game-type exercise training service method and system capable of providing more intuitive heart rate information. For example, if the current real-time heart rate is 120, the user's age is 30, and the resting heart rate is 70, it may be calculated as a converted heart rate of (120 - 70) / (220 - 30 - 70) x 100 = 41%.
The heart rate
The heart rate
The heart rate
The exercise

Referring to FIG. 5A , instead of using the heart rate received from the
In addition, the
