Abstract
복수의, 대략 원형의 전극부(3)을 가지는 전극판(2)과, 전극판(2)을 지지하는 복수의 전극판 지지체(3)을 가진 전해셀(1)로서, 전극판 지지체(5)에, 전극부(3)와 대략 동일한 형상의 단면을 가진 원통형상이고, 수평방향으로 중심축을 가지는 관통 구멍(6)이 형성되어 있으며, 전극판(2)과 전극판 지지체(5)가 서로 다르게, 전극판(2)이 전극판 지지체(5)에 협착되도록 가로로 설치됨으로써, 전극판 지지체(5)의 관통 구멍(6)과, 그것을 양쪽으로부터 끼우는 전극판(2)으로 전해실(7)이 구성되며, 관통 구멍(6)의 측벽 하부에 원료 공급 구멍(9)을, 관통 구멍(6)의 측벽 상부에 제품 배출 구멍(10)을 가지고 있다.

도 4는, 도 3중의 A-A'선을 따른 단면에서의 전해셀의 운전 상태를 나타낸 부분 단면도이다.
도 5는, 본 발명의 일실시 형태에 관한 전해셀의 운전 상태를 나타낸 설명용 모식도이다.

Claims (4)
- 복수의, 원형 전극부와 단자부를 가진 양극 전극판 및 음극 전극판과, 해당 양극 전극판 및 음극 전극판을 지지하는 복수의 전극판 지지체를 가진 전해셀로서,
상기 전극판 지지체에, 상기 전극부와 동일한 형상의 단면을 가진 원통형상이고, 수평방향으로 중심축을 가진 관통 구멍이 형성되어 있으며,
상기 양극 전극판과 상기 음극 전극판이 번갈아 가며 양극 전극판의 단자부의 방향과 음극 전극판의 단자부의 방향이 역방향이 되도록, 그리고 상기 양극 전극판 및 상기 음극 전극판이 상기 전극판 지지체에 협착되도록 가로로 놓임으로써, 상기 전극판 지지체의 상기 관통 구멍과, 이 관통구멍을 양쪽에서 끼우는 상기 양극 전극판 및 상기 음극 전극판으로 전해실이 구성되고,
상기 관통 구멍의 측벽 하부에 원료 공급 구멍을, 상기 관통 구멍의 측벽 상부에 제품 배출 구멍을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해셀. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제품 배출 구멍이, 상기 관통 구멍의 상기 측벽 상부에 적어도 2개 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해셀. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
차아염소산 생성에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해셀. - 삭제
