Description

Food waste processing system using microorganisms}Food waste processing system using microorganisms

According to the present invention, a decomposition chamber is installed to which a heat generating unit is connected while food waste is introduced through the door of the treatment body, and a plurality of stirring blades are provided on a rotating shaft rotated when power is transmitted while microbes are inputted inside the decomposition chamber. , An exhaust line provided with a ventilator is connected to the inside of the decomposition chamber, a deodorization unit is installed along the exhaust line, and the deodorization unit is a food waste decomposition treatment system in which a plurality of filters are installed to be exchangeable from the outside will be.

In general, food waste generated at home or restaurants is separated and collected and put in a collection bin for batch processing at a food processing plant, or a grinder is installed at the sink drain to transport, compress, pulverize, and dry the food waste filtered through the filtration network. is being dealt with in a reduced way.

This leftover treatment method increases the amount of food waste out of the total amount of waste, and when the food waste is not handled smoothly, it generates a bad odor and contaminates the surrounding drinking water or air. there is.

In relation to such a technology, the prior Patent No. 2083460 discloses a technology of a food waste treatment apparatus using microorganisms, and the configuration is as shown in FIG.
