Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing double-sided cotton and an invention related to double-sided cotton thereby, and more particularly, by integrating cotton used for bedding or building insulation, etc. with cotton made of different fibers to produce double-sided cotton, the functionality is mutually It is about technology that improves productivity while complementing it.
In general, cotton is widely used as a material for various clothing, bedding, and building insulation materials in order to provide warmth or cushioning.
There are synthetic cottons manufactured by processing synthetic fibers such as polyester, acrylic, vinyl chloride, and fluoropropylene as well as natural cotton using fibers extracted from natural materials such as cotton, silk, and wool. Compared to natural cotton, synthetic cotton has excellent washing properties, low price, strong heat resistance, and excellent processability, so it can be used for various purposes.
On the other hand, such a cotton is manufactured through a series of steps consisting of processing the raw material fiber and giving shape and functionality according to the use. Cotton used for bedding or insulation is generally manufactured and supplied in the form of a sheet or plate of a certain thickness.
As an example, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1602931 discloses an opening step of removing impurities from raw fiber, a mixing step of mixing the raw fiber that has undergone the opening step in a spiral motion, and a fiber sheet by riding the raw fiber that has undergone the mixing step. A noodle making step, a spraying step of spraying a functional additive on the fiber sheet that has undergone the noodle making step, a forming step of continuously connecting the fiber sheet by opening the fiber sheet to a predetermined width, and a punching step of needle punching the fiber sheet that has undergone the forming step Consists of a manufacturing method of cotton containing.
As another example, Korean Patent Registration No. 10 - 1138980 discloses a cotton opening machine in which a receiving part for accommodating raw cotton wool is formed in order to burn the compressed raw cotton evenly, and the other surface part on which the other surface of the raw cotton cotton is formed; The carding machine part that softens the primary cotton wool, and the nonwoven fabric and the cotton wool are punched by repeated vertical movement through a number of needles so that the stacked cotton and nonwoven fabrics are entangled with each other and have a certain thickness and fiber density. It consists of a needle punching part to be laminated, a side cutting part that cuts uneven both sides of the laminated non-woven fabric and cotton in a uniform state, and a winder that winds up the finished product cut through the side cutting part. to construct a device for manufacturing
As another example, in Korea Utility Model Registration No. 20 - 0357020, the polyester staple, which is a raw material, is primarily burned by a plurality of needle rods formed on the outer circumferential surface of the first cylinder to have the form of small fibrous cotton, and the second cylinder The first processed polyester staple is transported to the inside of the cylinder and the first processed polyester staple is processed again to form a more resilient artificial fiber wool, and then the material introduced into the third cylinder is processed in the same process as in the second cylinder After passing through the process, it is processed into a finished synthetic fiber cotton, guided by a guide roller, and discharged through a discharge belt, thereby composing a device for manufacturing artificial fiber cotton.
Cotton used as a conventional bedding or heat insulating material as described above is generally manufactured in a sheet shape through steps such as needle punching, molding, etc. when natural or synthetic materials are put into the device and burnt.
Therefore, since the cotton to which the prior art is applied is made in a form in which the same material is distributed on the surface, the back side, the inside and the outside, the disadvantages of the raw material fiber, for example, cotton made of only polyester, may easily shrink during washing. It will have its shortcomings as it is.
On the other hand, in the processing process of synthetic fibers, for example, in the processing process such as stretching and twisting fibers like DTY to form a texture, a large amount of breakage inevitably occurs. Although there are advantages, most of them are not utilized and are discarded because they cannot perform the function of fibers alone.
Accordingly, the present invention was invented to solve the problems of the prior art as described above,

Therefore, the present invention provides high cushioning and restoring force on one side made of polyester fiber, and heat resistance on the other side, There is an advantage in manufacturing high-quality cotton that can provide different textures while complementing the functionality on both sides, such as improving shrinkage during washing.
In addition, the present invention has the advantage that the integration process can be performed stably and conveniently using the conventional system by configuring each side of the double-sided cotton made of a different material to contain LM fibers (low-melting-point fibers).
In addition, since the present invention is made to utilize the DTY wave generated in the texturing process of synthetic fibers, etc., resources can be recycled and have economic advantages.
