GC-MS 방법은 혼합물을 GC의 컬럼으로부터 분리한 후 이를 on-line으로 질량분석기에 도입하는 방법으로 GC분석이 가능한 혼합물 중의 개개 화합물에 대한 질량스펙트럼을 얻을 수가 있다. 유기 화합물의 분리 및 정성, 정량분석 미량의 유기 유해성분의 분석 등에 사용된다. 본 실험에서 얻어지는 혈중 알코올 및 아세트알데히드의 정확한 측정을 가능하도록 하고자 한국기능식품연구원에 의뢰하여 분석하였으며, 휘발성이 강한 물질임을 감안하여 채취한 혈액을 kit를 사용하여 바로 분리한 샘플을 2시간 이내로 한국기능식품연구원에 전달하였다.In addition, for the usefulness evaluation, blood was collected before drinking and 0.5, 1, 2, 4, and 8 hours after drinking to obtain the subject's blood, and the blood alcohol concentration and blood acetaldehyde concentration were measured using the obtained blood.
