Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 터치 스크린 패널용 기재에 형성된 전극층을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 2는 도 1의 전극층이 패터닝되는 과정을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3과 도 4는 도 2의 패터닝된 전극층에 반응 패턴(reaction pattern)을 형성하는 단계를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 터치 스크린 패널의 제조 방법의 플로우차트이다.

Claims (14)
- 터치 스크린 패널용 기재에 형성된 전극층을 패터닝하는 단계;
패터닝된 전극층을 몰드에 접촉시키는 단계; 및
상기 몰드가 상기 패터닝된 전극층에 접촉된 채로 상기 몰드와 상기 전극층 사이에 전류를 흘림으로써 상기 패터닝된 전극층에 흑화층인 반응 패턴(reaction pattern)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 반응 패턴을 형성하는 단계에서,
상기 패터닝된 전극층은 상기 몰드와 접촉된 부분에서 양극 산화(anodic oxidation) 반응이 일어나 상기 반응 패턴이 형성되는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 패턴을 형성하는 단계는,
상기 전극층으로부터 상기 몰드 방향으로 전류를 흘리는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 패턴을 형성하는 단계는,
반응을 촉진시키기 위한 촉진제에 침적시키는 단계를 포함하는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극층은 알루미늄, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 팔라듐, 은, 주석, 백금, 금 중 하나의 금속, 또는 이들 중 둘 이상이 혼합된 합금으로 구성되는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응 패턴은 알루미늄, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 팔라듐, 은, 주석, 백금, 금, 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 금속의 산화물로 구성되는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조 방법. - 삭제
