삭제delete 단면이 전체적으로 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성되는 금속재로 형성된 하부프레임(100)과; 상기 하부프레임(100)의 내부에 보조대(202)에 의해서 격자로 철근(205)이 형성되고, 상기 철근(205)과 함께 하부프레임(100)의 내부와 일체로 형성되며, 양생할 때 거푸집을 형성하여 하부프레임(100)의 상단으로 돌출되도록 양생되는 콘크리트부(200)로 구성되되,
상기 하부프레임(100)에는 돌출되는 하부돌출부(110)와; 상기 하부돌출부(110)의 가운데에는 역삼각형상으로 패인 결합홈(115)이 형성되며, 일측에는 수평하게 돌출되는 측면돌출부(120)가 형성되고, 타측에는 측면돌출부(120)와 대응되도록 형성되는 측면요입부(130)가 형성되는 일반적인 물류창고용 조립식 덱판넬에 있어서,
상단에는 콘크리트부의 양측으로 삽입되는 삽입고정구(140)가 구성되고,
상기 콘크리트부(200)의 전,후방에는 각각 돌출되는 요철부(210)와 상기 요철부(210)와 대응하도록 패인 삽입부(220)가 각각 형성되며,
상기 하부프레임(100)의 상단에 형성되는 콘크리트부(200)의 내부에는 격자로 철근(205)이 형성되는데, 상기 철근(205)은 하부프레임(100)의 하부돌출부(110)의 사이에 형성되는 요입부(111)의 상단에 호형상의 다수개의 보조대(202)가 일정간격으로 형성되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트를 이용한 물류창고용 조립식 덱판넬.
