Abstract

본 발명은 글라스 울 복합패널에 관한 것으로서, 복수로 평행하게 배열된 복수의 구조용 압축목재, 복수의 구조용 압축목재 사이에 배치되는 글라스 울 블록, 글라스 울 블록의 상호 반대인 일면부와 타면부 양측에 배치되며, 압축목재와 글라스 울 블록에 결합되는 구조용 압축합판, 글라스 울 블록의 양측에서 구조용 압축합판 상에 배치되는 수밀시트, 글라스 울 블록의 한쪽 수밀시트 상에 배치되어 구조용 압축합판에 결합되는 석고보드, 및 글라스 울 블록의 다른 한쪽 수밀시트 상에 배치되어 구조용 압축합판에 결합되는 발포콘크리트 보드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

글라스 울 복합패널{glass wool composite panel}
본 발명은 글라스 울 복합패널에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 건축물의 외벽과 내벽으로 바로 사용되기에 충분한 마감성과 구조적인 안전성을 갖추며, 외벽 자체에 높은 열은 절단되어도 이러한 열을 차단하여 화재를 방지 및 화재의 확산을 지연시킬 수 있도록 한 글라스 울 복합패널에 관한 것이다.
우레탄폼 등이 단열재로 적용된 샌드위치판넬은, 다양한 내화 및 불연 패널이 개발되어 있음에도 불구하고, 적은 비용과 낮은 건축기준으로 인해 물류 창고에 대거 사용되고 있다.
이에 따라, 물류창고의 화재로 인해 많은 인명이 희생되어 왔으며, 최근까지도 사회적인 문제로 대두대고 있음에도 적절한 조치와 방재를 위한 높은 건축기준이 마련되지 않는 실정이다.
샌드위치판넬의 단열을 위한 난연재로는, 글라스 울, 미네랄 울, 석면 등이 대표적으로 모두 무기질을 사용한 것이다. 유기질은 대부분 발화점이 낮고 화재 시에 빠른 연소로 화염과 유독가스를 발생시켜 심각한 인명피해를 발생시킨다.
글라스 울은 유리 재료를 사용하여 만드는 것으로서, 폐유리 가루와 규소를 혼합하여 녹이고 바인더와 함께 원심 가공하여 방사함으로써 제작된다. 이러한 글라스 울은, 부드러운 솜 형태나, 딱딱한 보드구조로 만들어진다.
일반적인 글라스 울 패널은, 보드 구조의 글라스 울의 양면에 강판을 결합한 것으로서, 외벽과 내벽 칸막이용으로 모두 사용된다.
최근에는 단열과 방염 성능이 좋은 패널로 널리 인식되어 사용되고 있지만, 강판이 사용된 패널 자체가 사람이 거주하는 건축물의 건축 외벽과 내벽 자체로 바로 사용되기에는 구조적인 마감과 안전성이 떨어졌으며, 강판 자체가 열전달이 우수하여 패널 외벽에 연소성이 높은 물체가 닿아 있으면 화재를 일으킬 가능성이 높은 문제점이 있었다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 기존의 문제를 충분히 연구하여 개선한 것으로서, 건축물의 외벽과 내벽으로 바로 사용되기에 충분한 마감성과 구조적인 안전성을 갖추며, 외벽 자체에 높은 열은 절단되어도 이러한 열을 차단하여 화재를 방지 및 화재의 확산을 지연시킬 수 있도록 한 글라스 울 복합패널을 제공하는 것이다.
상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널은, 복수로 평행하게 배열된 복수의 구조용 압축목재; 상기 복수의 구조용 압축목재 사이에 배치되는 글라스 울 블록; 상기 글라스 울 블록의 상호 반대인 일면부와 타면부 양측에 배치되며, 상기 압축목재와 글라스 울 블록에 결합되는 구조용 압축합판; 상기 글라스 울 블록의 양측에서 상기 구조용 압축합판 상에 배치되는 수밀시트; 상기 글라스 울 블록의 한쪽 수밀시트 상에 배치되어 상기 구조용 압축합판에 결합되는 석고보드; 및 상기 글라스 울 블록의 다른 한쪽 수밀시트 상에 배치되어 상기 구조용 압축합판에 결합되는 발포콘크리트 보드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 상기 석고보드 상에서 상기 구조용 압축목재에 대응하여 배치되는 목재 스페이서; 및 상기 목재 스페이서 상에 결합되는 인공대리석보드를 더 포함함이 적절하다.
본 발명은 상기 구조용 압축목재와 압축합판을 결합시키는 제1 체결부재; 상기 압축합판과 수밀시트를 결합시키는 에폭시 접착제; 및 상기 압축합판과 석고보드를 결합시키는 제2 체결부재를 더 포함함이 적절하다.
상기 압축합판은 균일한 타공이 형성되어 있을 수 있다.
상기 글라스 울 블록에 접촉되는 상기 압축목재의 양측 면부는 둥글게 형성됨이 바람직하다.
상기 압축목재와 글라스 울 블록은 50~100mm, 상기 압축합판과 석고보드는 10~20mm, 상기 발포콘크리트보드는 20~50mm 이하의 두께를 갖되, 전체가 200mm 이하의 두께를 갖도록 제작된다.
상기 압축목재와 압축합판은, 수산화알루미늄 또는 수산화마그네슘이 혼합된 실리콘 난연액이 도포 처리되어 포함되며, 상기 수밀시트는 난연 실리콘시트로 마련될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 기술된 본 발명은, 건축물의 외벽과 내벽으로 바로 사용되기에 충분한 마감성과 구조적인 안전성을 갖춘 글라스 울 복합패널을 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명은 외벽 자체에 높은 열은 절단되어도 이러한 열을 차단하여 화재를 방지 및 화재의 확산을 지연시킬 수 있는 글라스 울 복합패널을 제공할 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널의 주요 구성 요소들을 도면을 기초로 설명한다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널은, 복수로 평행하게 배열된 복수의 구조용 압축목재(100), 복수의 구조용 압축목재(100) 사이에 배치되는 글라스 울 블록(110), 글라스 울 블록(110)의 상호 반대인 일면부와 타면부 양측에 배치되며 압축목재(100)와 글라스 울 블록(110)에 결합되는 구조용 압축합판(120), 글라스 울 블록(110)의 양측에서 구조용 압축합판(120) 상에 배치되는 수밀시트(130), 글라스 울 블록(110)의 한쪽 수밀시트(130) 상에 배치되어 구조용 압축합판(120)에 결합되는 석고보드(140), 및 글라스 울 블록(110)의 다른 한쪽 수밀시트(130) 상에 배치되어 구조용 압축합판(120)에 결합되는 발포콘크리트 보드(150)를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어진다.
구조용 압축목재(100)는 목재건축 용도로 제작된 것으로서, 목재의 밀도를 높이기 위해서 기계적으로 압축한 집성목이나 원목을 사용할 수 있으며, 글라스 울 블록(110)의 측면을 지지하면서 상하로 작용하는 하중을 주로 지지하는 역할을 하게 된다.
이러한 구조용 압축목재(100)는 복수의 글라스 울 블록(110)이 배열되도록 적어도 두 개 이상이 사용되며, 글라스 울 블록(110)과 에폭시 접착제(153)로 접착되어 결합될 수 있다.
글라스 울 블록(110)은 글라스 울 폼 양상의 글라스 울 섬유를 압축하여 경화시킨 것으로서, 유리섬유가 포함되어 연소되지 않는 성질을 갖고 있으며 경량이면서 단열성이 뛰어나다.
글라스 울 블록(110)은 에어로젤분말, 불소실란, 실리콘불소화합물, 화산석분말, 퍼라이트분말 중에서 2가지 이상을 포함하여 배합된 액상의 단열내화강화용 바인더를 주재료인 글라스 울과 혼합한 후 압축 경화시킨 것일 수 있다.
액상의 단열내화강화용 바인더는 수용성 수지 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 비산 억제용 수지 1~10중량부, 에어로젤분말 10~50중량부, 불소실란 또는 실리콘불소화합물 5~20중량부, 화산석분말 또는 퍼라이트분말 10~30중량부를 포함하는 혼합물의 조성일 수 있다.
수용성 수지는 물 1~1.2리터에 카르복시메틸셀룰로즈 1~5중량%을 함유하도록 첨가한 점성액일 수 있다.
비산 억제용 수지는 아크릴 에멀젼 또는 아크릴-우레탄 에멀젼일 수 있다.
에어로젤분말은 실리카에어로젤, 알루미나에어로젤, 카본에어로젤, 에폭시-실리카에어로젤 복합체, 폴리비닐부티랄-실리카에어로젤 복합체 중에서 적어도 하나 이상을 사용할 수 있다.
에어로젤분말은 주재료인 글라스 울로 수분 침투를 차단 및 방지함과 더불어 단열성과 내화성능을 높여줄 수 있으며, 매우 가벼운 경량 소재이다.
상기 불소실란 또는 실리콘불소화합물은 발수성을 통해 주재료인 글라스 울로 수분 침투를 차단 및 방지하는 기능을 한다.
화산석분말과 퍼라이트분말은 경량 소재로서, 무게의 증가를 방지하면서 단열성과 내화성능을 높여줄 수 있으며, 원적외선 방사 및 항균성을 발휘할 수 있다.
에어로젤분말, 화산석분말, 퍼라이트분말 각각은 상기 주재료인 글라스 울 측 분산이나 침투 효과 및 혼입률을 높일 수 있도록 30㎛ 이하의 입경을 갖는 크기를 사용한다.
또한, 글라스 울 블록(110)은 하기와 같은 방식으로 구비될 수도 있다.
유리섬유인 글라스 울을 압축 경화시켜 구조체로 제조한 상태에 단열성과 내화성능을 강화하면서 수분 흡수를 방지 및 경량화를 유지하도록 액상의 단열내화강화용 바인더에 침지식 또는 도포식 처리하여 함침시킨 것일 수 있다.
이때, 상기 액상의 단열내화강화용 바인더는 상기에서 설명한 성분 및 조성과 동일한 형태로 구비하여 사용할 수 있으므로 상술한 내용을 준용하기로 한다.
압축합판(120)은 상하 및 수평으로 작용하는 하중 및 수직압력을 견디는 것으로서, 압축목재(100)에 결합되어 글라스 울 블록(110)을 내부에 제한시키며, 압축목재(100)와 함께 복합패널의 구조적인 패널 형상을 유지시키는 역할을 하게 된다.
이러한 압축합판(120)은 난연 처리된 MDF를 주로 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다 할 것이다.
한편, 압축합판(120)은 균일한 타공(121)이 형성되어 있을 수 있다. 이러한 타공(121)은 울림을 상쇄하는 것으로서, 흡음 및 방음에 적절한 구조를 제공한다.
수밀시트(130)는 압축합판(120)의 외부에서 글라스 울 측으로 수분의 침투를 차단하여 패널의 내구성을 높이는 것으로서, 외벽체로 복합패널이 사용되는 경우 외부 수분 및 소화수의 사용과 같은 인위적인 수분 침투를 차단하게 된다.
상기의 압축목재(100)와 압축합판(120)은, 수산화알루미늄 또는 수산화마그네슘이 혼합된 실리콘 난연액이 도포 처리되어 포함되며, 수밀시트(130)는 난연 실리콘시트로 마련될 수 있다.
석고보드(140)는 방음, 단열 및 내열성이 뛰어난 내장보드로서 복합패널의 사용에서 실내 측으로 배치된다. 이러한 석고보드(140)에는 후술되는 바와 같이 벽면 마감재가 설치될 수 있다.
발포콘크리트 보드(150)는, 시멘트에 기포가 생성되는 재료를 혼합하여 경량이면서 단열성능을 높인 것으로서, 복합패널의 외관으로 사용되기에 적합하다. 이러한 발포콘크리트 보드(150)는, 얇은 두께로 절단하여 압축합판(120)에 결합시킨다.
본 실시예에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널은, 구조용 압축목재(100)와 압축합판(120)을 결합시키는 제1 체결부재(151), 압축합판(120)과 수밀시트(130)를 결합시키는 에폭시 접착제(153), 및 압축합판(120)과 석고보드(140)를 결합시키는 제2 체결부재(155)를 더 포함함이 적절하다.
이처럼 압축목재(100)와 압축합판(120) 및 압축합판(120)과 석고보드(140)는 나사나 못 같은 제1, 2 체결부재(151, 155)를 사용하여 결합된다.
나사의 체결인 경우에는 미리 나사 체결을 위한 홀을 가공하여 결합함이 바람직하다.
에어타카를 사용하는 경우에는 긴 못이나 핀이 사용될 수 있다.
에폭시 접착제(153)는 구조용 접착제로 주로 사용되는 것으로서, 발화성이 낮아 압축합판(120)과 수밀시트(130)를 결합하기에 적절하다.
에폭시 접착제(153) 외에는 멜라민 수지 접착제가 사용될 수 있다.
이러한 본 실시예에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널은, 외면부에 발포콘크리트 보드(150)가 사용되며, 다른 외면부에 석고보드(140)가 사용된 것으로서, 별도의 기초 벽체 없이 외벽 및 내벽에 모두에 사용될 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
본 실시예에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널은, 압축목재(100)와 글라스 울 블록(110)이 50~100mm, 압축합판(120)과 석고보드(140)가 10~20mm, 발포콘크리트보드가 20~50mm 이하의 두께를 갖는 것이며, 전체 두께가 200mm 이하의 두께를 갖도록 제작된다.
도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널의 단면도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 다른 실시예에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널은, 석고보드(140) 상에서 구조용 압축목재(100)에 대응하여 배치되는 목재 스페이서(157), 및 목재 스페이서(157) 상에 결합되는 인공대리석보드(160)를 더 포함한 것이다.
인공대리석보드(160)는 다양한 무늬와 광택이 있는 것이나 무광택을 사용할 수 있으며, 석고보드(140) 상에 결합되어 외벽 또는 실내 벽부를 미려하게 마감하는 것으로서, 목재 스페이서(157)와 함께 석고보드(140)에 결합되어 일체로 제작되며, 복합패널의 벽체 시공 후에 마감재로 사용될 수 있다. 건축물의 공기 단축을 위해서, 인공대리석보드(160)는 석고보드(140)에 선행 작업되어 미리 결합됨이 바람직하다. 발포콘크리트 보드(150)와 인공대리석보드(160)는 복합패널의 시공에서 실내 및 실외에 선택적으로 배치될 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널의 단면도이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 또 다른 실시예에 따른 글라스 울 복합패널은, 글라스 울 블록(110)에 접촉되는 압축목재(100)의 양측 면부가 둥글게 돌출 형성된 것이다.
이러한 압축목재(100)의 양측 둥근형상은 글라스 울 블록(110)에 둥글게 암수 결합되는 구조로서, 글라스 울 블록(110)의 접촉 형상을 둥글게 만들어 집중 압력을 분산시키며, 글라스 울 블록(110)과의 전단 하중에 따른 파단을 어렵게 만든다.
이에 따라, 상술한 구성을 갖는 본 발명의 글라스 울 복합패널을 통해서는 건축물의 외벽과 내벽으로 바로 사용되기에 충분한 마감성과 구조적인 안전성을 갖춘 글라스 울 복합패널을 제공할 수 있으며, 글라스 울 복합패널의 외벽 자체에 높은 열은 절단되어도 이러한 열을 차단하여 화재를 방지 및 화재의 확산을 지연시킬 수 있는 글라스 울 복합패널을 제공할 수 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명의 실시 예들에 대하여 설명하였으나, 이를 기초로 해당 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 본질적인 기술 사상으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서, 구성 요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제 또는 추가 등에 의해 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있을 것이며, 이 또한 본 발명의 권리범위 내에 포함된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 복수로 평행하게 배열된 복수의 구조용 압축목재;
    상기 복수의 구조용 압축목재 사이에 배치되는 글라스 울 블록;
    상기 글라스 울 블록의 상호 반대인 일면부와 타면부 양측에 배치되며, 상기 압축목재와 글라스 울 블록에 결합되는 구조용 압축합판;
    상기 글라스 울 블록의 양측에서 상기 구조용 압축합판 상에 배치되는 수밀시트;
    상기 글라스 울 블록의 한쪽 수밀시트 상에 배치되어 상기 구조용 압축합판에 결합되는 석고보드; 및
    상기 글라스 울 블록의 다른 한쪽 수밀시트 상에 배치되어 상기 구조용 압축합판에 결합되는 발포콘크리트 보드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스 울 복합패널.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 석고보드 상에서 상기 구조용 압축목재에 대응하여 배치되는 목재 스페이서; 및
    상기 목재 스페이서 상에 결합되는 인공대리석보드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스 울 복합패널.
  3. 제2 항에 있어서,
    상기 구조용 압축목재와 압축합판을 결합시키는 제1 체결부재;
    상기 압축합판과 수밀시트를 결합시키는 에폭시 접착제; 및
    상기 압축합판과 석고보드를 결합시키는 제2 체결부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스 울 복합패널.
  4. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 압축합판은 균일한 타공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스 울 복합패널.
  5. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 글라스 울 블록에 접촉되는 상기 압축목재의 양측 면부는 둥글게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스 울 복합패널.
  6. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 압축목재와 글라스 울 블록은 50~100mm, 상기 압축합판과 석고보드는 10~20mm, 상기 발포콘크리트보드는 20~50mm 이하의 두께를 갖되, 전체가 200mm 이하의 두께를 갖도록 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스 울 복합패널.
  7. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 압축목재와 압축합판은, 수산화알루미늄 또는 수산화마그네슘이 혼합된 실리콘 난연액이 도포 처리되어 포함되며,
    상기 수밀시트는 난연 실리콘시트로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스 울 복합패널.
