- 규석(SiO2), 석회, 시멘트, 물로 이루어진 사각의 판체 상하면에 길이 방향으로 고정홈부(21)가 형성되고, 고정홈부(21)와 연결되는 상면에 방수시트(30)의 두께 만큼 절단된 절단면(25)이 형성되는 경량기포콘크리트 판체(20);방수처리된 시트(31)의 상단과 하단에 홈부(32)가 형성되고, 경량기포콘크리트 판체(20)의 외측면을 덮도록 고정되는 방수시트(30);봉상으로 이루어지고, 방수시트(30)의 홈부(32)가 경량기포콘크리트 판체(20)의 고정홈부(21)에 겹쳐진 상태에서 삽입되어 고정되는 고무패킹(40);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포콘크리트를 이용한 친환경 벽체패널 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경량기포콘크리트 판체(20)에 유공관(50)이 횡으로 내장되어 있고, 유공관(50)은 중공의 원형관(51)에 다수개의 홀(52)이 형성되며, 유공관(50)의 일측 단부에는 흡습재가 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포콘크리트를 이용한 친환경 벽체패널 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 경량기포 콘크리트 판체(20)의 외측면에 횡으로 두개의 홈부(24)가 형성되고, 홈부(24)에 판상의 흡음재(60)가 삽입되어 고정되며, 외부단열판(70)은 단열재로 이루어진 판체(71)의 내측면에 횡으로 두개의 돌 출부(72)가 형성되고, 경량기포콘크리트판체(20)의 홈부(24)에 흡음재(60)가 삽입된 후에 외부단열판(70)의 돌출부(72)가 삽입되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포콘크리트를 이용한 친환경 벽체패널 구조.
