Abstract
The present invention is intended to allow a variety of branch types to be selected by implementing a fine and even pattern on the surface of the branch.
To this end, the drying agent for volatilizing the patterned film and the coating agent applied to the patterned film and the solvent contained in the coating agent, and the coating agent dried in the state of the above-described drying process are applied to one side of the paper. It is possible to pattern with a variety of patterns on the surface of the tributary while allowing the process to be laminated with the patterned film to be attached and to leave after the fixation, while enabling surface treatment of the tributary and patterning at a low cost.
Description
The present invention can simultaneously implement various patterns while realizing the same velvet touch on various branches having various roughness surfaces, as well as enabling the recycling of the branches, making it easy to implement printing or gold foil or silver foil. The purpose is to provide a feeder for use.
Currently, velvet refers to fibers formed with dense feathers and hairs, and in the present invention, such velvet is formed on a branch having severe surface roughness.
Currently, in order to give the tributary a velvety touch, it is implemented by the method of flocking. Flocking is used as wallpaper or textile decorated with flocking powder-like flock, and flocking powder is applied to the feeder. Most of the papers decorated with flock are used as high-end paper box or packaging paper or packaging bag.
Currently, the locking method of realizing the touch and pattern of the velvet is adhered to the feeder surface by the electrostatic method, for example, a flocking powder-like flock on the surface of the tributary. The disadvantage of this is that it can be easily removed by external force. The disadvantage is that it can.
In order to solve this, recently, a PVC and other synthetic resin material is applied to the surface of the paper to form an application layer, and then the coating layer is pressurized with a roll in which a velvet pattern is carved to make a velvet pattern on the surface of the paper to produce a paper. It is.
However, when pressurized with a roll, the velvet pattern becomes rough, and also when applying a PVC or other synthetic resin material (hereinafter referred to as a “coating agent”) to the surface of the paper to form a coating layer, the coating agent due to the roughness of the surface of the paper. Although it is necessary to apply a certain thickness, even when applied at a constant thickness due to the moisture absorption of the paper and the roughness of the surface, it is impossible to maintain a uniform thickness of the application, and thus it is impossible to realize the velvet pattern completely.
That is, a method of coating the coating agent with a technique of printing using ink that is easily absorbed into the paper can be used. In this case, the ink is easily absorbed by the paper and the use of a large amount of ink is inevitable, and the ink is also used for printing. When applied with, it is necessary to repeat printing several times due to the thickness limitation of printing, and during repeated printing, a certain period of time is required for drying, and the productivity is substantially lowered, and economic efficiency decreases. As a result, even when applied several times with ink, there is a problem in that a smooth surface with a smooth surface cannot be obtained even with repetitive application in a branch having a large surface roughness.
Therefore, this form provides a limit to the realization of the touch of velvet.
Therefore, in the present invention, when a coating layer is formed by applying PVC and other synthetic resin material to the surface of a conventional branch, the coating layer is pressed with a roll in which a velvet pattern is carved to generate a velvet pattern on the surface of the branch. It is to prevent the phenomenon of removing the bulkiness, and to be able to manufacture at a low cost while being able to realize beautifulness, and to be able to mass-produce, and to be removed when the velvet pattern is implemented.
To this end, the drying process for volatilizing the velvet-patterned film and the coating agent applied to the velvet-patterned film and the solvent contained in the coating agent, and the coating agent dried in the state where the drying process is performed as described above are one of the tributaries. Velvet patterning with variability on the surface of the tributary is possible while allowing the velvet-patterned film to be attached to the side to be laminated by pressing and separating the velvet-patterned film from the tributaries after the lamination, while at the low cost. Of course, the removal of the velvet pattern will not occur.
Therefore, in a state where a certain velvet pattern is implemented on the film, a coating agent is applied to the velvet pattern implemented on the film and dried to have viscosity, so that the velvet pattern can be produced in a single process by combining it with paper and pressure. Did.
In addition, the removal of the velvet pattern cannot be generated because it is made in the form of a transfer, and the use of the coating agent is minimized. As such, the velvet pattern film is realized in a roll shape so that it is continuously combined with the paper to improve productivity. It will be.
In addition, by allowing the velvet pattern to be implemented in various ways on the film, it is possible to manufacture a variety of velvet patterns on paper.

2 to 4, the configuration of the present invention includes a
At this time, the
The fine particles used in the present invention usually use a powdered matting agent with a pointed surface, and the pointed height of the powdered matting agent is about 2 to 3 μm.
It is also possible to use a material called a filler made of very small particles with a pointed surface, which is described as an embodiment of the present invention and this material does not limit the object of the present invention.
The
The
In the present invention, what was used as the
In addition, the upper surface of the
At this time, the
The
If the
In addition, the
At this time, the
At this time, the exposed surface, that is, the rough surface, of the
Therefore, the
In addition, the
The drying of the coating agent in the present invention is the best viscosity of the
The most appropriate in the present invention is the most appropriate state at 70 ± 5% and most suitably 70% is the best.
In this state, the adhesiveness of the
In addition, although the coating thickness of the liquid coating agent can be changed depending on the shape of the pattern, it was confirmed that the adhesion performance with the best paper was realized by using the thickness for winding and unwinding of the
The liquid coating agent used in the present invention used liquid acrylic polyurethane as a two-liquid curing reaction resin having softness, and the curing agent was 0.3% when the resin was 100% by weight depending on the hardness of the desired resin. It was confirmed that the adhesion to the paper was excellent by using it in a ratio of weight to 20% by weight.
In addition, when using a pigment or an organic dye to represent the color, it was mixed in an appropriate ratio according to the desired color from the total weight of the lyotropic curing resin and curing agent having the above softness, and mixed. Estimated stirring was necessary for a certain period of time.
When using the pigment in the present invention, stirring was performed at room temperature for about 60 ± 10 minutes, and when using an organic dye, stirring was performed at about 20 ± 3 minutes corresponding to 1/3 of the stirring time of the pigment.
In this case, it was confirmed that the adhesive strength is excellent when laminating with the
However, when the stirring time was less than the error range, it was confirmed that agglomeration of the liquid coating solution occurred, and when the stirring time was longer than the error range, it was confirmed that the desired color saturation could not be obtained by loosening.
Also, as shown in FIG. 1, the
At this time, in the drying booth, heat or hot air is generated to allow drying.
As described above, in the state of passing through the
That is, only the filling layer forming the coating layer and the coating layer of the coating layer are combined with the tributary, so that the filling layer forms the
As such, in the state in which the
