라벤다 오일 또는 로즈마리 오일을 제조하기 위하여 라벤다 또는 로즈마리를 세척하여 물기를 제거하고, 상업용 오일 추출기 탱크에 원료를 각각 투입하고 추출기를 3시간 30분 동안 가동하여 오일 추출물을 제조하였다. 보다 구체적으로 원료를 추출기 탱크에 250㎏ 넣고, 스팀 보일러 가동으로 정제된 스팀 수증기를 추출 탱크에 흡입시키며, 1시간 동안 예열 가동하였다. 이때 감압을 걸어서 원료를 열 수증기와 압력으로 자동 분류되도록 하였다. 추출 탱크 온도가 100℃에 이르면 증기 배출 밸브를 열어서 1차 혼합 증기를 약 3분 정도 밖으로 배출시켜 추출기 안의 증기를 순화시키고, 그 다음 압력을 높인 후 추출 탱크의 온도가 110℃에 이르고 압력이 1.5kgf 걸렸을 때, 증기 추출 밸브와 냉각수 밸브를 열어서 정유 분리 작업을 시작하였다. 정유 분리 작업은 2시간 30분 동안 수행되며, 분류 탱크에서 오일과 하이드로졸이 분리되면 약 3회에 걸쳐 하이드로졸을 받고, 최종 오일을 함유한 하이드로졸 잔류물을 받아서 분리기를 통해 하이드로졸과 오일을 분리하였다. 분리된 오일층에서 순수 오일을 취득하기 위해서 1차 분리된 오일을 냉동실에 1일 동안 보관해서 얼지 않은 오일만 채취하였다.In order to prepare lavender oil or rosemary oil, water was removed by washing the lavender or rosemary, and raw materials were respectively added to a commercial oil extractor tank and the extractor was operated for 3 hours and 30 minutes to prepare an oil extract. 3차원 배양된 모유두 세포에 제조예 1의 오일을 처리하여 항산화 효소(HO-1, NQO-1 및 GSTpi)의 발현 변화를 RT-PCR을 통하여 확인하였다. 그 결과, 도 2에 나타난 바와 같이 제조예 1의 오일 처리시 항산화 효소의 발현이 증가하는 것을 확인하였으며, 라벤다 오일, 로즈마리 오일, 유자씨 오일을 단독으로 처리하는 것에 비해 상기 오일 3종의 혼합물을 처리한 경우 HO-1, NQO-1 및 GSTpi의 발현이 더욱 증가하였다.

일반 배양한 인간 모유두 세포(human dermal papilla cell, hDPC)에 INF-γ를 처리하여 탈모 세포 모델을 만든 후, 제조예 1의 오일을 처리하여 모발 성장인자의 발현을 확인하였다. 그 결과, 도 4에 나타난 바와 같이 모유두 세포는 INF-γ 처리에 의해 IGF 및 VEGF의 발현이 감소하였고, 제조예 1의 라벤다 오일, 로즈마리 오일, 유자씨 오일 또는 상기 오일 3종의 혼합물을 처리하였을 경우, 감소된 IGF 및 VEGF의 발현량이 다시 증가하였다. 또한, 라벤다 오일, 로즈마리 오일, 유자씨 오일을 단독으로 처리하는 것에 비해 상기 오일 3종의 혼합물을 처리한 경우 발현이 더 증가한 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 발명의 라벤다 오일, 로즈마리 오일, 유자씨 오일 3종 혼합물은 탈모방지에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
