통신구 내에 설치되어 통신장비와 그 주위를 촬영하는 카메라(10)와;
통신구 내의 사람 진입여부를 감시하여 사람의 진입이 감지되면 제어장치(70)로 제공하는 인체감지부(20)와;
통신구 내의 수위를 측정하여 제어장치(70)로 제공하는 수위확인부(30)와;
통신구 내의 케이블의 온도를 측정하여 제어장치(70)로 제공하는 케이블온도확인부(40)와;
통신구 내의 온도, 습도정보를 검출하여 제어장치(70)로 제공하는 온/습도확인부(50)와;
통신구 내로 공급되는 전류를 측정하여 제어장치(70)로 제공하는 유입전력측정부(60)와;
평상시에는 카메라(10)에서 촬영된 영상을 실시간 스트리밍 방식으로 중앙관리센터(90)로 제공하지만, 인체가 감지되거나 수위, 케이블온도, 통신구의 온/습도가 기준 이상이면 카메라(10)에서 촬영된 영상을 별도의 저장장치(80)에도 저장하는 제어장치(70);를 포함하고,
케이블온도확인부(40)는 각각의 케이블에 설치된 온도센서를 이용하여 각각의 케이블마다 온도를 측정하며,
제어장치(70)는
수위확인부(30), 케이블온도확인부(40), 온/습도확인부(50), 유입전력측정부(60)에서 측정된 각각의 측정값을 제공받는 측정값 수신부(71)와;
수위확인부(30), 케이블온도확인부(40), 온/습도확인부(50), 유입전력측정부(60)에 대한 기준값을 등록하는 기준값 저장부(72)와;
인체감지센서에서 사람이 감지되거나, 수위확인부(30)에서 측정된 수위가 기준 이상이거나, 케이블온도확인부(40)에서 측정된 케이블의 온도가 기준 이상이거나, 온/습도확인부(50)에서 측정된 온/습도가 설정된 기준 이상이거나, 유입전력측정부(60)에서 측정된 전류가 기준 이하의 저전류 또는 기준 이상의 과전류이면 점검신호를 발생시키는 점검신호 발생부(73)와;
점검신호 발생부(73)에서 점검신호가 발생되는 점검신호와 점검신호의 원인이 되는 내용을 관리자 단말기 또는 중앙관리센터(90)로 전송하는 점검신호 전송부(74)와;
카메라(10)에서 촬영된 영상을 실시간 스트리밍으로 중앙관리센터(90)로 전송하고, 제어장치(70)에서 점검신호가 발생되면 실시간 스트리밍으로 중앙관리센터(90)로 제공되는 영상을 저장장치(80)에 저장하는 영상관리부(75);와,
점검신호 발생부(73)에서 발생된 점검신호가 기준 이상의 수위가 원인이면 통신구에 설치된 양수기의 작동시키는 양수기 작동부(76);를 포함하고,
기준값 저장부(72)는 유입전력측정부(60)에서 저전류 및 과전류를 확인할 수 있도록 정상값을 기준값으로 등록하며,
점검신호 발생부(73)는 점검신호가 발생된 이후에 측정값들이 기준 이하로 확인되면 점검신호를 해제하고,
점검신호 전송부(74)는 무선통신라인을 통해서 관리자 단말기 또는 중앙관리센터(90)로 전송하며,
영상관리부(75)는 관리자 단말기에서 저장된 영상을 요청받으면 관리자 단말기로 제공하며, 별도의 MVR 저장장치(80)에 영상을 저장하고, 기준시간이 경과되면 저장된 영상을 삭제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신구 감시 시스템.
