도 3은 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 유기염료의 UV-vis 광 흡수 스펙트럼을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 유기염료의 순환전류전압법(Cyclic Voltammetry, CV) 분석 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.

- 제2항에 있어서,
300 nm 내지 600 nm 파장 내 최대 흡광 파장에서의 몰당 흡광 계수(Molar extinction coefficient)가 1.5 x 105M-1cm-1 내지 4.5 x 105M-1cm-1 범위의 값을 가지는, 염료감응 태양전지의 유기염료용 화합물. - 유기염료가 흡착된 반도체층을 포함하는 제 1 전극;
상기 제 1 전극과 대향하여 배치되는 제 2 전극; 및
상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 위치하는 전해질;
을 포함하며,
상기 유기염료는 상기 제 2 항 내지 제 3 항의 화합물 중 어느 하나를 포함하는, 염료감응 태양전지. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 반도체층은 산화티타늄(TiO2) 나노입자를 포함하는, 염료감응 태양전지.
