The present invention relates to a composition of a vegetation-based layer for slope composition, and more particularly to a slope having a large inclination angle formed on a clayey soil, a river, etc., and a dry layer and a wet layer The present invention relates to a composition of a vegetation-based layer for improving the hardness of a soil and providing continuous nutrients to prevent sloughing, collapse, and vegetation formation, and a method of forming a greening composition using the same.

Generally, greenery method, vegetation method, and ecological restoration method are methods that are used to form plants in sliced areas, embankment areas, rivers slopes and slopes to prevent collapse and loss of the slopes and to create landscapes.

Therefore, by attaching vegetation material mixed with seeds on the sides and slopes, it is possible to artificially create an environment in which vegetation can grow, thereby preventing plant roots from being deposited on the soil and being lost by the environment such as rainwater, erosion and the like.

However, since about 70% of the country's land is made up of mountains, most of the cut-outs formed by various works other than roads and railways are composed of rocks, and there are many environments where roots can not be settled in rocks. The environment can not be created.

In order to solve this problem, the conventional "ecological restoration method using a fiber reinforced soil" is a method of restoring a fiber reinforced soil layer by forming a reinforcement material and a fiber reinforced soil layer on a slope, And forming a vegetation-based material layer.

However, if the slope of the slope is large, it is difficult to install, and even if the fiber-reinforced soil layer is supported through the protection net, the vegetation-based material layer may collapse or be lost.

FIG. 1 is a conceptual view showing a composition of a vegetation-based layer and a greening composition using the same according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing a greening composition method according to the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the present invention relates to a composition of a vegetation-based layer for forming a vegetation of a slope and a method of forming a greenery using the same, and more particularly to a slope and a slope formed on embankment, A composition of a vegetation-based layer for the preparation of vegetation of a slope which can improve the hardness of the soil by continuously installing dry and wet layers to prevent soil loss and collapse by supplying nutrients continuously, .

For this purpose, the present invention relates to a method for forming a greening composition using a composition and a composition capable of doubly mounting a vegetation dry base material and a wet base material for seed germination for stabilization and greening composition on a slope.

First, the composition of the vegetation-based layer for slope vegetation composition is composed of a dry base material and a damp-proof material attached to the slope.

Here, the slope includes slopes, slopes, cut slopes, slopes and the like, which refer to a sloping topographic surface from a topographic surface except for a flat surface, and are formed in a topographic shape requiring double falling rock, collapse, landscape composition and restoration.

At this time, the slope generated by shredding the acid shows a higher proportion of the rock than the soil.

The dry basis material is composed of 28 to 32 wt% of paper sludge, 26 to 30 wt% of sludge cake, 30 to 34 wt% of masato, and 12 to 26 wt% of moisturizing and moisture control agent.

Such a dry base material is attached to a slope and has adhesion and cohesive force to prevent natural damage such as rain and wind and collapse and loss due to a load applied by tilting. to provide.

Therefore, it is distributed on the slope mainly composed of rocks, providing an environment in which the roots of the plants can be settled, and a cohesive force is generated by the settlement of roots.

Further, it can be stably supported on a ground having a large inclination angle of 1: 1 or more of the slopes.

The wet-based material comprises 24 to 26% by weight of paper sludge, 19 to 21% by weight of sludge cake, 25 to 28% by weight of Masato, 4 to 6% by weight of moisture and moisture control agent, 24 to 26% by weight of wood chips, And 2 to 4% by weight of soil fibers.

2 to 15 parts by weight of seeds are mixed with 100 parts by weight of the wet-based material.

That is, the wet base material is attached to the upper part of the dry base material to which the wet base material is attached, and the mixed seeds are germinated to form vegetation.

Here, the seeds can be mixed or individually used in various kinds, and it is preferable to adjust the blending ratio according to the purpose of the slope, the climate, the climate, the safety condition, and the environment.

Thus, the wet-based material creates an environment in which the germination and growth of the plant can be established, and roots of germinated plants can be seated on the wet-based material and the dry-based material to prevent collapse and loss and to create a landscape.

The cellulosic fibers are made from softwood extracted fibers.

That is, the cellulosic fibers are made of wood fibers extracted from softwoods and then mixed with the wet-base material.

The cellulosic fibers are eco-friendly vegetable fibers, which increase the cohesive force and adhesion of the wet-based material until seeds germinate, thereby preventing collapse and loss of the seeds. When the seeds germinate after the seeds germinate, the roots of the plant- Base layer to improve cohesion and adhesion so that collapse and loss can be prevented.

The cellulosic fiber is an organic matter and decomposed in the vegetation-based layer within 1-2 years to supply nutrients to the plant and decompose.

Thus, the cellulose fibers do not contaminate environmental pollution and decompose spontaneously over time.

The wet-based material thereby greatly enhances cohesion and adhesion through cellulose fibers and plant roots to prevent collapse and loss of the wet-based material from a large angle of the slope.

The dry base material and the wet base material are mixed with each composition and the water in an agitator in accordance with the mixing ratios described above, and then mixed and mounted on the slope.

At this time, the total weight of the composition to be injected is increased according to the mounting area of the slope, and the flow rate is adjusted according to the change of the slope, the weather, the environment, and the inclination angle so that the concentration of the dry- So that it can be attached to the slope.

Accordingly, the dry base material and the wet base material adjust the concentration through the inflow amount of the water according to various changes of weather, environment, location, and the like.

Next, a description will be made of a recording composition method using the dry base material and the wet base material.

Therefore, the greening composition is formed on the slope as described above to form the foundation layer (S10) and the vegetation layer formation step (S20) so as to be formed for collapse, loss and scenery.

The base layer forming step S10 may be performed by forming a dry base material mixed with 28 to 32% by weight of paper sludge, 26 to 30% by weight of sludge cake, 26 to 30% by weight of Masato and 12 to 26% by weight of moisture and moisture control agent, Based layer 10 to be attached to the substrate 100 is formed.

The step of forming the vegetation layer (S20) may include forming 24 to 26% by weight of paper sludge, 19 to 21% by weight of sludge cake, 24 to 26% by weight of Masato, 4 to 6% by weight of moisture and moisture regulator %, Wood chips 24 to 26% by weight based on the total weight of the wet-based material.

That is, the dry base layer 10 formed by attaching the dry base material to the slope 100 can replace the soil, and the slope 100 composed of rock walls can be used.

At this time, before the base layer forming step (S10), a basic step S11 for installing a grid-shaped foundation net 30 installed on the slope 100 and supporting the installed dry base material is included.

In order to prevent the dry base layer 10 from being collapsed or lost according to the slope angle of the slope, the mesh screen 30 is fixed to the slope surface via slit surfaces at a predetermined interval with an anchor bolt .

Thereafter, the dry base material is installed to form the dry base layer 10 which prevents collapse and loss by the base mesh.

Thus, after mounting the dry-based layer 10, the wet-based layer 20 is attached to the upper portion of the dry-based layer 10 to enable seed germination and vegetation.

The thickness of the dry-based layer 10 and the wet-based layer 20 is 10: 2.5-3.

For example, if the wet-based layer has a thickness of 4 t of the dry-based layer, the wet-based layer has a thickness of 1 t and the dry-based layer has a thickness of 8 t, With a thickness of 10 t of the dry-based layer, the wet-based layer is of a thickness of 3 t.

If the total thickness of the dry-based layer 10 and the wet-based layer 20 is greater than 15 t, the dry-based layer 10 and the wet-based layer 20 may collapse on a large inclined surface, and preferably have a thickness of 15 t or less.

Thus, as described above, the wet-based layer 20 creates a seed germination environment and the dry-based layer 10 provides an environment in which the roots of the germinated vegetation are seated and the plants can grow.

Also, it is possible to prevent the dry-based layer (20) and the wet-based layer (20) from collapsing and being lost through the vegetation irrespective of the inclination angle of the slope (100).

That is, when the slope angle of the slope 100 is low, it is possible to prevent collapse and loss through the vegetation formed in the wet-based layer 20 and the dry-based layer 10, which are double-mounted, Based layer 20 through loess fibers to prevent collapse and loss.

If the slope angle of the slope 100 is high, the foundation net 30 is installed in advance to prevent the dry-based layer 10 from collapsing, and the wet-based layer 20 is formed through the mixed cellulosic fibers. The cohesion and adhesive force of the wet-based layer 20 can be improved to prevent collapse and loss of the wet-based layer 20 prior to the formation of the vegetation.

Thus, the composition of the wet-based layer 20 can be agglomerated through the improved cohesive force and adhesive force of the cellulose fibers to form a recording without being affected by a small inclination angle and a large inclination angle.

It is obvious that you can do it.
