Claims (7)
- (a) 복제하고자 하는 체세포를 가진 인간을 제외한 포유동물로부터 복제하고자 하는 체세포를 추출하는 단계;
(b) 체외성숙시킨 난모세포로부터 세포질의 20~40 부피%와 핵이 제거된 탈핵된 난모세포를 준비하는 단계;
(c) 공여자 난모세포로부터 20~40 부피%의 세포질을 추출하는 단계;
(d) 상기 복제하고자 하는 체세포를 가진 개체로부터 추출된 체세포와 공여자 난모세포로부터 추출한 세포질을 상기 (b) 단계의 탈핵된 난모세포에 주입하는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 체세포 및 세포질이 주입된 난모세포를 융합시키는 단계를 포함하는 인간을 제외한 포유동물의 재프로그래밍 효율을 향상시키는 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 체세포 및 세포질을 주입하는 단계는 조작 피펫(manipulation pipette)을 이용하여 상기 탈핵된 난모세포의 난황 주위공간에 체세포 및 세포질을 함께 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 체세포 및 세포질이 주입된 난모세포를 센다이 바이러스(Sendai Virus, SV) 매개 방법을 통해 융합시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 삭제
- (a) 인간을 제외한 포유동물로부터 복제하고자 하는 체세포를 추출하는 단계;
(b) 체외성숙시킨 난모세포로부터 세포질의 20~40 부피%와 핵이 제거된 탈핵된 난모세포를 준비하는 단계;
(c) 공여자 난모세포로부터 20~40 부피%의 세포질을 추출하는 단계;
(d) 상기 인간을 제외한 포유동물로부터 추출된 체세포와 공여자 난모세포로부터 추출한 세포질을 상기 (b) 단계의 탈핵된 난모세포에 주입하는 단계;
(e) 상기 체세포 및 세포질이 주입된 난모세포를 융합시키는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 융합된 난모세포를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인간을 제외한 포유동물의 체세포 복제 효율을 증가시키는 방법.
