Claims (12)
- 단일 채널로 구성되어 영상을 촬영하는 영상 촬영부;
상기 영상 속에서 감지된 운전자 이미지에서 적어도 하나의 형상 포인트를 추출하고, 상기 형상 포인트의 변화량에 근거하여 산출된 형상 벡터를 미리 저장된 적어도 하나의 졸음 벡터와 비교하여 상기 운전자의 졸음 상태 여부를 판단하는 제어부; 및
상기 운전자가 졸음 상태로 판단되면 경고하는 경고부;를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는,
상기 산출된 형상 벡터가 미리 설정된 제 1 임계값보다 작으면, 상기 형상 벡터를 노이즈 벡터로 학습시키고, 상기 산출된 형상 벡터가 상기 제 1 임계값보다 크고, 미리 저장된 적어도 하나의 졸음 벡터와 상기 산출된 형상 벡터의 상대거리가 미리 설정된 제 2 임계값보다 작으면 운전자의 졸음 상태로 판단하고, 상기 형상 벡터를 졸음 상태 벡터로 학습시키는 운전자 상태 감지 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 형상 벡터를 산출하기 위하여 시차를 가지는 제 1 프레임의 제 1 형상 포인트와 제 2 프레임의 제 2 형상 포인트를 기초로 제 1 형상 벡터를 산출하는 운전자 상태 감지 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 시차를 가지는 상기 제 1 프레임 및 상기 제 2 프레임을 저장하는 프레임 버퍼를 포함하는 운전자 상태 감지 시스템. - 삭제
- 단일 채널의 카메라 센서를 기초로 영상을 촬영하는 단계;
상기 영상 속에서 감지된 운전자 이미지에서 적어도 하나 이상의 형상 포인트를 추출하는 단계;
상기 형상 포인트의 변화량에 근거하여 형상 벡터를 산출하는 단계;
상기 산출된 형상 벡터를 미리 저장된 적어도 하나 이상의 졸음 벡터와 비교하여 상기 운전자의 졸음 상태를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 운전자가 졸음 상태로 판단되면 경고하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 산출된 형상 벡터를 미리 저장된 적어도 하나의 졸음 벡터와 비교하는 단계는,
상기 산출된 형상 벡터가 미리 설정된 제 1 임계값보다작으면, 상기 형상 벡터를 노이즈 벡터로 학습시키고, 상기 산출된 형상 벡터가 상기 제 1 임계값보다 크고, 상기 미리 저장된 적어도 하나의 졸음 벡터와 상기 산출된 형상 벡터의 상대거리가 미리 설정된 제 2 임계값보다 작으면 운전자의 졸음 상태로 판단하고, 상기 형상 벡터를 졸음 상태 벡터로 학습시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 운전자 상태 감지 방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 형상 포인트의 변화량에 근거하여 형상 벡터를 산출하는 단계;는
제 1 프레임의 제 1 형상 포인트를 저장하는 단계; 및
상기 제 1 프레임과 시차를 가지는 제 2 프레임의 제 2 형상 포인트를 저장하는 단계; 및
상기 제 1 형상 포인트와 상기 제 2 형상 포인트를 기초로 상기 형상 벡터를 산출하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 운전자 상태 감지 방법.

- 운전자 상태 감지 시스템이 구비된 차량에 있어서,
단일 채널로 구성되어 영상을 촬영하는 영상 촬영부:
상기 영상 속에서 감지된 운전자 이미지에서 적어도 하나 이상의 형상 포인트를 추출하고, 상기 형상 포인트의 변화량에 근거하여 산출된 형상 벡터를 미리 저장된 적어도 하나 이상의 졸음 벡터와 비교하여 상기 운전자의 졸음 상태 여부를 판단하는 제어부; 및
상기 운전자가 졸음 상태로 판단되면 경고하는 경고부;를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 산출된 형상 벡터가 제 1 임계값보다 작으면, 상기 형상 벡터를 노이즈 벡터로 학습시키고, 상기 산출된 형상 벡터가 상기 제 1 임계값보다 크고, 상기 미리 저장된 적어도 하나의 졸음 벡터와 상기 산출된 형상 벡터의 상대거리가 미리 설정된 제 2 임계값보다 작으면 운전자의 졸음 상태로 판단하고, 상기 형상 벡터를 졸음 상태 벡터로 학습시키는 차량. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 영상 촬영부는 단일 채널의 카메라 센서를 포함하고,
상기 카메라 센서는 상기 차량의 프런트 필러, 후방 미러, 또는, 대시 보드중 적어도 하나의 위치에 설치되어 상기 운전자를 촬영하는 차량. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 형상 벡터를 산출하기 위하여 시차를 가지는 제 1 프레임의 제 1 형상 포인트와 제 2 프레임의 제 2 형상 포인트를 기초로 제 1 형상 벡터를 산출하는 차량. - 삭제
