Abstract
본 발명에 따른 LDPE 및 SIS를 포함하는 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 저비용으로 타설공정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있고, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 82-34)인 공용성 등급의 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다.

저밀도 폴리에틸렌 10 내지 50중량부;
스티렌이소프렌스티렌 5 내지 20중량부;
스티렌부타디엔스티렌 1 내지 10중량부;
에틸렌비닐아세테이트 3 내지 20중량부;
개질제 5 내지 30중량부;
고무노화방지제 2 내지 15중량부;
폐타이어 분말 10 내지 60중량부;
성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부;
나노세라믹입자 3 내지 20중량부;
이형제 2 내지 20중량부;
자외선 흡수제 2 내지 15중량부;
산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부;
계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 및
안정제 1 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물에,
규조토를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하고,
옥틸페놀 에톡실레이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하며,
암모늄 노니페놀 에테르설페이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
중탄산나트륨을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하며,
폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 수지를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
진크 설페이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하며,
변성실란실리케이트 합성물을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 5 내지 20중량부로 더 포함하고,
하소포졸라나를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하며,
폴리메틸실세스키옥산을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
폴리비닐피롤리돈을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 5 내지 20중량부로 더 포함하며,

상기 혼합된 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 이동수단으로 이송시켜 정리단계가 종료된 대상면에 타설하는 타설단계;
상기 타설단계가 종료된 후 다지는 다짐단계; 및
상기 다짐단계가 종료된 후 양생하는 양생단계를 포함하는 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물의 시공방법.
