Claims (10)
- 해안가에 위치하는 임시저장탱크(70)에 삽입되도록 설치되되, 상기 임시저장탱크(70)의 내부로 삽입되어 들어간 삽입부(11)와 상기 임시저장탱크(70)의 외부로 돌출하여 나온 돌출부(12)로 구분되며, 상기 임시저장탱크(70) 내부의 열을 상기 삽입부(11)로 흡입하여 상기 돌출부(12)를 통해 열전소자(20)로 전달하는 히트파이프(10);
상기 돌출부(12)의 표면에서, 상기 돌출부(12)의 수직 길이 방향으로 접촉하면서 상기 돌출부(12)의 둘레 전체 또는 일부를 감싸는 열전소자(20);
상기 열전소자(20)의 표면에 접촉하면서 상기 열전소자(20)의 둘레 전체 또는 일부를 감싸고, 몸체 내부로는 냉각수가 공급됨에 따라, 상기 냉각수의 냉열을 이용하여 상기 열전소자(20)를 냉각하는 냉각용 자켓(30); 및
상기 히트 파이프(10)의 표면을 따라 나사선 형태로 장착되되, 브레이징 방식으로 접합되어 상기 히트 파이프(10)의 열교환 효율을 높여주는 다수의 열교환 핀(60);을 포함하며,
상기 해안가로부터 연장된 냉각수 공급관을 통해 주변 해역의 해저로부터 상기 냉각용 자켓(30) 내로 지속적으로 공급되는 저온 해수 또는 심층수는 상기 냉각수로써 이용되고, 또한
상기 냉각용 자켓(30)을 통해 상기 돌출부(12)의 냉각된 상태가 유지됨에 따라, 고온 영역에 해당하는 상기 삽입부(11)로부터 저온 영역에 해당하는 상기 돌출부(12)로 향하는 열의 전달이 계속적으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이산화탄소 해양지중저장용 임시저장탱크 내부 이산화탄소 냉각 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 임시저장탱크(70)의 상단에 설치되며, 상기 히트파이프(10)를 상기 임시저장탱크(70)에 장착하여 고정시키는 플렌지(40);
를 포함하는, 이산화탄소 해양지중저장용 임시저장탱크 내부 이산화탄소 냉각 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 임시저장탱크(70)의 내부 하단에 고정 설치되며, 상기 히트파이프(10)와 결착되어 상기 히트파이프(10)의 움직임이나 진동을 방지하는 지지용 서포트(50);
를 포함하는, 이산화탄소 해양지중저장용 임시저장탱크 내부 이산화탄소 냉각 장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 지지용 서포트(50)는 홈 형태의 체결구를 구비하며, 상기 히트파이프(10)는 상기 삽입부(11)의 끝단이 상기 체결구에 끼워지거나 나사결합하는 방식으로 상기 지지용 서포트(50)와 결착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이산화탄소 해양지중저장용 임시저장탱크 내부 이산화탄소 냉각 장치. - 삭제
