Claims (28)
- 동위원소 생성 시스템용 타겟(target: 400)에 있어서,
하전 입자 빔(charged particle beam)을 내부로 관통시키기 위한 통로를 갖는 하우징으로서, 상기 하우징은 알루미늄의 밀도값보다 큰 밀도값을 갖는 재료로 형성된 차폐부(shielding portion)와, 상기 통로의 길이방향을 따라서 상기 차폐부에 밀봉되게 접합되는 추가부(additional portion)를 가지는, 상기 하우징과,
상기 하우징의 상기 차폐부의 내부의 챔버로서, 상기 챔버는 상기 통로의 적어도 일부분이 그 내부로 연장되도록 배치된, 상기 챔버와,
상기 챔버의 안으로 적재되고 상기 차폐부와 상기 추가부 사이에 끼어 있는 몸체로서, 상기 몸체는 타겟 물질을 유지하도록 구성된 공동을 포함하고, 상기 하전 입자 빔이 상기 통로를 통과할 때, 상기 하전 입자 빔으로부터 하전된 입자들을 수용하도록 상기 몸체는 상기 통로 내에 위치하는, 상기 몸체를 포함하는
동위원소 생성 시스템용 타겟. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차폐부는 알루미늄의 밀도값보다 큰 밀도값을 갖는 재료로 형성되고, 상기 추가부는 알루미늄의 밀도값보다 큰 밀도값을 갖는 재료로 형성되지 않은
동위원소 생성 시스템용 타겟. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 몸체와, 상기 차폐부 또는 상기 추가부 중 적어도 하나와의 사이에 끼어 있는 적어도 하나의 포일 부재를 포함하는
동위원소 생성 시스템용 타겟. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 포일 부재는 활성화 재료로 형성되고, 방사능이 상기 하전 입자 빔에 의해 내부에서 유도될 수 있는
동위원소 생성 시스템용 타겟. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차폐부는 5 g/㎤ 초과의 밀도값을 갖는 재료를 포함하는

상기 차폐부는 텅스텐 합금 재료를 포함하는
동위원소 생성 시스템용 타겟. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차폐부는 납 재료를 포함하는
동위원소 생성 시스템용 타겟. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차폐부는 납 합금 재료를 포함하는
동위원소 생성 시스템용 타겟. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 내에 타겟 물질을 포함하며, 상기 하전 입자 빔은 상기 타겟 물질로부터 양전자 방사 단층 촬영(Positron Emission Tomography, PET) 방사성 동위원소를 형성하도록 구성되는
동위원소 생성 시스템용 타겟. - 동위원소 생성 시스템(100)에 있어서,
자석 요크(magnet yoke)를 포함하고 가속 챔버를 갖는 사이클로트론(cyclotron); 및
상기 가속 챔버에 인접하게 또는 상기 가속 챔버로부터 소정 거리에 위치된, 제 1 항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항의 타겟을 포함하고,
상기 사이클로트론은 상기 가속 챔버로부터의 입자 빔을 타겟 물질로 지향시키도록 구성된
동위원소 생성 시스템. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 타겟의 차폐부는 텅스텐으로 형성되는
동위원소 생성 시스템. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 타겟의 차폐부는 텅스텐 합금으로 형성되는
동위원소 생성 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항의 타겟을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
5 g/㎤ 초과의 밀도값을 갖는 재료로 타겟 하우징의 하나 이상의 부분을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 타겟 하우징의 부분 중 적어도 하나로 방사능 활성 구성요소를 둘러싸는 단계를 포함하는
