본 발명에 의한 바이오 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물은 내스크래치성 및 경량성 등과 같은 기계적 물성이 우수하고, 특히, 냄새 특성이 개선된 친환경 자동자 내외장재를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 폴리프로필렌 수지 15 ~ 75 중량%,
코튼(cotton) 셀룰로오스 섬유 20 ~ 65중량%,
무수말레인산 그라프트된 폴리프로필렌 2 ~ 10 중량%, 및
고무 3 ~ 10중량%를 포함하는 바이오 폴리프로필렌 복합 수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지는 프로필렌 단독 중합체, 프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체, 프로필렌-에틸렌 블록 공중합체 중에서 선택된 단종 또는 2종 이상이며, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지의 용융 지수가 20 ~ 80g/10분(ASTM D 1238, 230 ℃)인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 폴리프로필렌 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 코튼 셀룰로오스 섬유는 코튼(cotton) 천연 섬유로부터 증기압 또는 물리적 방법으로 이용하여 리그닌 및 헤미셀룰로오스가 제거되고 절단된 것으로 그 섬유의 길이가 100 ㎛ ~ 5 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 폴리프로필렌 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 무수말레인산 그라프트된 폴리프로필렌이 0.1 ~ 1 중량%의 무수말레인산으로 그라프트된 것임을 특징으로 하는 바이오 폴리프로필렌 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고무는 에틸렌과 탄소수 4 내지 12의 a-올레핀을 함유하며 상기 a-올레핀의 함유량이 20 내지 50중량%인 에틸렌-a-올레핀 랜덤공중합체 고무(rubber)이고 상기 랜덤공중합체의 a-올레핀은 1-부텐(butene), 1-펜텐(pentene), 1-헥센(hexene), 1-헵텐(heptene), 1-옥텐(octene), 1-데켄(decene), 1-운데켄(undecene), 1-도데켄(dodecene) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 폴리프로필렌 복합 수지 조성물.
