Abstract
이에 따라 본 발명은, 회로기판 사이마다 개재된 방열판에 의해 코어 내에 발생된 열을 신속하게 외부로 방출시켜줌으로서 발열로 인한 전력손실은 최소화시키고 안정성을 기대할 수가 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 박막형 변압기에 있어서:
내부에 관형의 공간이 마련되게 코어축이 돌출된 한 쌍의 코어와, 상기 코어 상에 공간의 일부가 노출되게 개구된 연결구가 형성된 코어부;
상기 코어 내에 변압량에 따라 복수로 적층되는 회로기판과, 상기 회로기판 사이마다 개재되어 차폐하는 절연판으로 구성된 변압부; 및
상기 절연판 사이마다 개재되어 회로기판으로부터 발생하는 열을 외부로 방출시켜 냉각하도록 중앙에 코어축과 대응하는 장착홀이 형성되고, 적어도 회로기판을 포용하는 크기로 형성되어 코일에 생성되는 열을 수집하는 집열편과, 상기 집열편으로부터 연결구 외로 연장되어 수집된 열을 외부로 방출시키는 냉각편으로 형성된 방열판;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성이 우수한 박막형 변압기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회로기판은 중앙에 코어축과 대응하는 코어홀이 형성된 기판과, 상기 기판의 일면에 도전성 재질의 코일이 나선으로 인쇄되고, 일측에 코일과 연결되어 외부와 접속시키는 단자가 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성이 우수한 박막형 변압기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각편은 접촉되는 공기의 유속을 증가시키는 하나 이상의 방열구가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성이 우수한 박막형 변압기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 방열판은 집열편 상에 생성되는 와전류의 단락 현상을 방지하도록 장착홀까지 절개된 공극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성이 우수한 박막형 변압기. - 삭제
