Claims (6)
- 폐쇄형 혼합 반응기 속에 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물과 염화수소 기체를 투입하여 상기 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물을 가수분해하는 단계; 및
상기 폐쇄형 혼합 반응기를 탈기하고, 상기 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물의 가수분해 단계 전의 중량 기준으로 상기 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 0.05 중량부 내지 2 중량부 비율의 오존을 가하여 상기 폐쇄형 혼합 반응기 내에서 반응시키는 탈색 단계를 포함하고,
상기 탈색 단계의 공정은 뱃치(batch) 방식으로 운전되는 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물의 탈색 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물은 수분 함량이 0.5~7 중량%인 건조 분말상인 셀룰로오스 및 셀룰로오스 유도체의 탈색 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해 단계와 탈색 단계는 제1항의 방법에 따라 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물의 색도를 제거한 뒤의 상기 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물의 2% 수용액의 점도가 20℃에서 움벨로드 점도계로 측정하였을 때 2~200 cPs가 되도록 진행하는 셀룰로오스 및 셀룰로오스 유도체의 탈색 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈색 단계는 70℃~90℃의 온도에서 이루어지는 셀룰로오스 및 셀룰로오스 유도체의 탈색 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈색 단계를 거친 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물을 상기 혼합 반응기에서 건조기로 옮겨 탈기하고 건조하는 건조 단계를 더 포함하는 셀룰로오스 및 셀룰로오스 유도체의 탈색 방법.
