Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 물을 제빙하는 아이스 트레이; 냉기를 제공받아 상기 냉기를 상기 아이스 트레이 하부에 공급하는 제빙 덕트부; 상기 아이스 트레이의 하부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 상기 제빙 덕트부에서 공급된 냉기를 이송시키는 스크롤팬 유닛; 및 상기 아이스 트레이의 하부에 배치되어 상기 스크롤팬 유닛에 의해 이송되는 냉기가 상기 아이스 트레이의 하부 전체에 골고루 공급되도록 유도하는 냉기 가이드부를 포함하는 제빙 효율이 개선된 제빙장치가 제공될 수 있다.

Claims (11)
- 물을 제빙하는 아이스 트레이;
냉기를 제공받아 상기 냉기를 상기 아이스 트레이 하부에 공급하는 제빙 덕트부;
상기 아이스 트레이의 하부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 상기 제빙 덕트부에서 공급된 냉기를 이송시키는 스크롤팬 유닛; 및
상기 아이스 트레이의 하부에 배치되어 상기 스크롤팬 유닛에 의해 이송되는 냉기가 상기 아이스 트레이의 하부 전체에 골고루 공급되도록 유도하는 냉기 가이드부;를 포함하며,
상기 스크롤팬 유닛은,
상기 아이스 트레이의 길이 방향을 따라 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전축;
상기 회전축의 외주면에 나선 구조로 감기도록 형성되어 상기 냉기를 일측 방향으로 이송시키는 나선형 날개부; 및
상기 회전축을 회전시키는 구동부를 포함하고,
상기 냉기 가이드부는,
하우징;
상기 하우징의 양 측면에서 상기 아이스 트레이의 양 측면으로 각각 연장되어 냉기가 상기 하우징의 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지하는 커버부; 및
상기 하우징의 하부에 상기 스크롤팬 유닛의 길이방향을 따라 함몰 형성되어 상기 스크롤팬 유닛이 배치될 수 있는 공간을 제공하는 설치홈부를 포함하는 제빙 효율이 개선된 제빙장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스크롤팬 유닛은, 상기 아이스 트레이의 길이방향을 따라 배치된, 제빙 효율이 개선된 제빙장치.

상기 냉기 가이드부는, 상기 스크롤팬 유닛이 내부에 위치하도록 감싸서 상기 스크롤팬 유닛에 의해 와류가 발생한 냉기가 외부로 유출되지 않고 상기 아이스 트레이의 하부에 공급되도록 유도하는, 제빙 효율이 개선된 제빙장치. - 삭제
