本发明的实施例总体上涉及一种制冰装置,且更具体地涉及一种具有提高的制冰效率的制冰装置。
背景技术
冰箱是使冷藏室和冷冻室的内部保持在低温且通过重复由制冷剂的压缩、冷凝、膨胀和蒸发构成的冷冻循环来保持食物新鲜的设备。
冰箱可包括冰箱主体和冰箱门,冰箱主体具有用于在低温下储藏食物的冷冻室和冷藏室,冰箱门选择性地打开和关闭冰箱主体的前表面。
在冷冻室中,可设置有制冰装置,制冰装置使用冷空气来制作具有预定形状的冰块。制冰装置可包括制冰单元和冰桶,制冰单元具有冰盘,以用于接收冷空气并将水冻结成冰,冰桶被构造成储存由制冰单元制作的冰。

参照图1,冰箱1可包括在低温下储存食物的储藏室2和用于将水冻结以制作冰的制冰装置10。
冰箱1可包括用于向储藏室2供应冷空气的蒸发器、压缩器和冷凝器,以便在低温下储存食物。

冷空气引导件400可围绕涡扇单元300,使得涡扇单元300被定位在冷空气引导件400内。冷空气引导件400引导冷空气,使得由涡扇单元300吹送的冷空气被供应至冰盘100的下部,并且几乎没有或没有冷空气被分散到冰箱1的其它部分。
具体地,冷空气引导件400可包括壳体410、盖部420以及安装槽部430。
壳体410形成冷空气引导件400的外壳,并被布置在冰盘100下方。
盖部420从壳体410的相对的侧表面朝向冰盘100的相对的侧表面延伸。盖部420可防止冷空气朝向壳体410的外侧流动。
具体地,当涡扇单元300旋转时,通过螺旋叶片单元320使冷空气移动。此时,冷空气被螺旋叶片单元320的旋转力吹动,并由于离心力而处于向外扩散的风险;然而,盖部420将冷空气限制在壳体410内,使得冷空气不会扩散出壳体410。因此,盖部420会防止冷空气逸出并确保冷空气基本上被供应到冰盘100。
安装槽部430被形成在壳体410的下部中,并沿着涡扇单元300的纵向延伸。涡扇单元300可被布置在安装槽部430中。
如上所述,冰盘100、制冰管道200、涡扇单元300和冷空气引导件400被布置在制冰装置10的主体11中,并且可被安装至冰箱1。
尽管道在上面参照附图说明了本发明的示例性实施例,但是本领域技术人员应理解,在不改变本发明的必要特征和主旨的情况下,可以以各种方式来实施本发明。

Claims (17)

1.一种制冰装置,所述装置包括:
冰盘,其被构造成容纳液体和冰;
管道,其被构造成朝向所述冰盘的底表面供应冷空气;
涡扇单元,其被布置在所述冰盘的下方,并被构造成吹送由所述管道供应的冷空气;以及
冷空气引导件,其被布置在所述冰盘的下方,并被构造成引导由所述涡扇单元吹送的冷空气,其中,冷空气基本上均匀地与所述冰盘的所述底表面接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,由所述管道供应的冷空气使所述冰盘中容纳的液体冻结以制作冰。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,由所述管道供应的冷空气的温度低于水的冰点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述涡扇单元沿着所述冰盘的纵向延伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述涡扇单元包括:
旋转轴,其被构造成沿着所述冰盘的纵向延伸;
螺旋叶片部,其被缠绕在所述旋转轴的外表面上,以沿着所述冰盘的所述纵向吹送冷空气;以及
驱动单元,其被构造成使所述旋转轴旋转。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述冷空气引导件围绕所述涡扇单元,并将由所述涡扇单元吹送的冷空气引导至所述冰盘的所述底表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述冷空气引导件包括:
引导件壳体;
引导件盖部,其从所述引导件壳体的相对的侧表面朝向所述冰盘的相对的侧表面延伸,所述引导件盖部用于将冷空气引导至所述冰盘的所述底表面;以及
安装槽部,其被布置在所述引导件壳体的下部处,并沿着所述冰盘的纵向延伸,其中,所述涡扇单元被布置在所述安装槽部内。
8.一种制冰装置,所述装置包括:
冰盘,其被构造成容纳液体和冰;
管道,其被构造成朝向所述冰盘的下部供应冷空气;以及
涡扇单元,其沿着所述冰盘的纵向延伸并被布置在所述冰盘的下方,其中,所述涡扇单元沿着所述冰盘的所述纵向吹送从所述管道供应的冷空气。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,由所述管道供应的冷空气使所述冰盘中容纳的液体冻结以制作冰。
10.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,由所述管道供应的冷空气的温度低于水的冰点。
11.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其还包括:
冷空气引导件,其被布置在所述冰盘的下方,并被构造成引导由所述涡扇单元吹送的冷空气,使得冷空气被均匀地供应至所述冰盘的所述下部。
12.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述涡扇单元包括:
旋转轴,其沿着所述冰盘的所述纵向延伸;
螺旋叶片部,其被布置在所述旋转轴上,以沿着所述冰盘的所述纵向吹送冷空气;以及
驱动单元,其被构造成使所述旋转轴旋转。
13.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述冷空气引导件围绕所述涡扇单元,并将由所述涡扇单元吹送的冷空气引导至所述冰盘的所述下部。
14.根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述冷空气引导件包括:
壳体;
盖部,其从所述壳体的相对的侧表面朝向所述冰盘的相对的侧表面延伸,并被构造成将冷空气引导至所述冰盘的所述下部;以及
安装槽部,其被布置在所述壳体的下部处,并沿着所述冰盘的所述纵向延伸,其中,所述涡扇单元被布置在所述安装槽部内。
15.一种制冰装置,所述装置包括:
冰盘,其被构造成容纳液体和冰;
管道,其被构造成朝向所述冰盘的下部供应冷空气;
涡扇单元,其被布置在所述冰盘的下方,并被构造成输送来自所述管道的冷空气;以及
冷空气引导件,其被布置在所述冰盘的下方,并被构造成引导由所述涡扇单元输送的冷空气,其中,由所述涡扇单元输送的冷空气被基本上均匀地供应至所述冰盘的所述下部,
其中,所述涡扇单元包括:
旋转轴,其被安装并被构造成沿着所述冰盘的纵向延伸;
螺旋叶片部,其被布置在所述旋转轴上,所述螺旋叶片部用于沿着所述冰盘的所述纵向输送冷空气;以及
驱动单元,其被构造成使所述旋转轴旋转,并且
其中,所述冷空气引导件包括:
壳体;
盖部,其从所述壳体的相对的侧表面朝向所述冰盘的相对的侧表面延伸,并被构造成将冷空气引导至所述冰盘的所述下部;以及
安装槽部,其被布置在所述壳体的下部处,并沿着所述冰盘的所述纵向延伸,其中,所述涡扇单元被布置在所述安装槽部内。
16.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,由所述管道供应的冷空气使所述冰盘中容纳的液体冻结以制作冰。
17.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,由所述管道供应的冷空气的温度低于水的冰点。
