Claims (5)
- 동선재의 표면에 형성되는 제 1 주석 도금층과;
상기 제 1 주석 도금층의 표면에 형성되는 제 2 주석 도금층을 포함하고;
상기 제 1 주석 도금층을 구성하는 주석 도금물질의 녹는점이 상기 제 2 주석 도금층을 구성하는 주석 도금물질의 녹는점 보다 적어도 20℃ 이상 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 주석 도금 동선재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주석 도금물질은, 주석(Sn) 또는 Pb, Ag, Cu, Bi 중 선택된 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 주석합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 주석 도금 동선재. - 삭제
