Abstract
The present invention relates to a portable electric cooking apparatus which can minimize a heat source transmitted from a heating element to a housing to prevent a safety accident caused by carelessness of the user. The portable electric cooking apparatus includes a housing, a cooking plate, a heating element, a silicon ring, and a supporting portion. The housing has a receiving portion in which a receiving space is formed and an opening is formed in the upper side, and a lid portion coupled to an upper portion of the receiving portion and having a hole formed at the center thereof. The cooking plate is disposed on the upper portion of the housing. The heating element is mounted on the bottom surface of the cooking plate and receives power to discharge heat. The silicon ring is formed to have a first groove portion formed on one side surface so as to surround the inner edge of the lid portion and a second groove portion formed on the other side surface so as to surround the outer edge of the cooking plate. The support is disposed within the housing to support the silicon ring.
Description
The present invention relates to a portable electric cooking appliance formed to minimize a heat source transmitted from a heating element to a housing to prevent a safety accident due to carelessness of a user.
Generally, a kitchen cooking appliance using electricity is heated by an electrothermal heater to cook food, and often boils a soup or stew or cooks rice.
In the electric cooking device, a pedestal plate for supporting and fixing the heating plate is fixed to the upper side of the housing in an adhered state, and the edge of the heating plate on which the electric heater is wired is fixed on the upper side of the pedestal, There is formed a radiating hole capable of discharging the heat generated from the inside to the outside.
However, in the case of such an electric cooking apparatus, since the heating plate, the support plate, and the housing are structurally closely fixed to each other, the heat generated in the heating plate is transferred to the housing side, thereby deteriorating the heating effect. In addition, the housing is easily heated by the heating plate, and there is a safety problem that the user can burn the cooked food.
A silicon ring having a low thermal conductivity is inserted between a cooking plate and a housing to prevent a heat source generated in a heating element from diffusing into the housing and to supply or block power to a heating element depending on whether the cooking vessel is seated or not The present invention provides a portable electric cooking apparatus which can reduce energy waste and prevent a safety accident beforehand.

According to the present invention, since a silicon ring having a low thermal conductivity is inserted between the cooking plate and the housing, it is possible to prevent the heat source of the cooking plate from being transferred to the housing when cooking food. Accordingly, since the housing is not easily heated, it is possible to prevent the user from accidentally burning the housing by touching the housing during cooking.
Also, since the heating element is attached to the cooking plate through an adhesive containing an alumina component having a good thermal conductivity, the heat source generated from the heating element is transmitted to the cooking plate without loss, so that the food contained in the cooking container can be cooked with the minimum energy .
In addition, since the micro switch is installed inside the housing, the power supplied to the heating element is automatically turned on / off according to whether the cooking vessel is seated or not, thereby reducing energy wastage and preventing a safety accident .
In addition, since the heat insulating member is mounted on the bottom surface of the cooking plate and the heat emitting body, the heat source of the heat emitting body can be prevented from being transmitted to the inside of the housing, thereby preventing the surface temperature of the housing from rapidly rising. In addition, since the heat source of the heating element is not easily transferred to the inside of the housing, it is not necessary to provide a separate structure for preventing heat diffusion inside the housing, thereby reducing the volume of the portable electric cooking appliance.
