Description

Cooking apparatus
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of cooking appliances, and more particularly, to cooking apparatuses.
Background
The known cooking appliance having the cooking plate or the cooking hob functions only in a single function, and the frame body of the cooking hob is designed to have a large aperture so that the food placed thereon receives the heat of the heat source, and therefore, the known cooking hob can only cook a large volume of meat or vegetables, and cannot process liquid-like food (e.g., soup, etc.) or small pieces of food. The known cooking plate is in direct contact with the heat source, which causes the food near the cooking plate to be heated more and the food far from the cooking plate to be heated less, causing uneven heating of the food, and the user needs to reasonably control the temperature of the cooking plate and turn the food continuously.
In many cases, a user needs to cook a large volume of meat or vegetables, as well as small pieces of food or liquid-like food, simultaneously. At this time, the user can select only two existing cooking apparatuses to cook food separately, which is cumbersome and inconvenient for the user. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a cooking appliance that can process a variety of foods and is easy to operate.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The traditional cooking equipment has the defects of single function, inconvenience in use, high purchase cost of a user and the like. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an improved cooking apparatus to address or at least partially address the above-mentioned and other potential problems.
In a first aspect of the present disclosure, a cooking apparatus is provided. The cooking apparatus includes: the shell comprises a bottom end and a top end which are oppositely arranged, the bottom end is provided with a heat source for heating food, and the top end is provided with a top end opening; a cooking plate adapted to contain food to be cooked; and a cooking hob including: a frame adapted to be disposed at a top end opening of the top end; the supporting part is fixedly connected with the frame; wherein the cooking plate is supported by the support to be coupled to the cooking hob.
The cooking equipment that this disclosed embodiment provided has cooking plate and culinary art frame concurrently, consequently, can process multiple food, has expanded cooking equipment's application scope. The user only needs one cooking device to cook a plurality of foods at the same time, which is beneficial to reducing the using difficulty and the using cost of the user.
In some embodiments, the support portion includes at least one connecting rod for fixedly connecting the frame and the cooking plate together. The frame and the cooking plate are fixedly connected together by the connecting rod, so that the cooking plate and the cooking rack can be integrated together, and the storage and the use of a user are facilitated.
In some embodiments, the support portion comprises a support plate, and the support plate is made of a light transmissive material. Redundant grease drops or water drops generated in the cooking process of the food can be discharged through the through holes, so that the mouthfeel and the cooking quality of the food are ensured.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present disclosure will now be described with reference to several example embodiments. It should be understood that these examples are described only for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand and thereby enable the present disclosure, and are not intended to set forth any limitations on the scope of the technical solutions of the present disclosure.
As used herein, the term "include" and its variants are to be read as open-ended terms meaning "including, but not limited to. The term "based on" will be read as "based at least in part on". The terms "one embodiment" and "an embodiment" should be understood as "at least one embodiment". The term "another embodiment" should be understood as "at least one other embodiment". The terms "first," "second," and the like may refer to different or the same object. Other explicit and implicit definitions may be included below. The definitions of the terms are consistent throughout the specification unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
Some exemplary embodiments of the cooking apparatus of the present disclosure will now be described with reference to fig. 1-9.
In general, the cooking apparatus 1 includes a housing 30, a cooking plate 20, and a cooking hob 10. As shown in FIG. 1, the housing 30 includes oppositely disposed bottom and top ends 31, 32. in some embodiments, the bottom and top ends 31, 32 are spaced apart, and a heat source 33, a venting unit, or other components may be disposed within the housing 30. Alternatively, the bottom end 31 and the top end 32 of the housing 30 may be 10-30 cm apart, such as 10 cm, or 15 cm, or 20 cm apart.
A heat source 33 is provided at the bottom end 31 of the housing 30, the heat source 33 being for heating food. The heat source 33 may be disposed on both sides or around the bottom end 31, and the heat source 33 may be plural, alternatively, the heat source 33 may be one, depending on the power requirement of the cooking apparatus.
In the example shown in fig. 1, the heat source 33 comprises two heat radiation sources distributed on both sides of the bottom end 31, separated by a light-transmissive glass 331. In use, the heat source 33 radiates heat outwardly to heat the food. In some embodiments, the heat source 33 may be a heat radiation lamp capable of emitting infrared rays. Thereby, a smokeless cooking apparatus can be provided for a user.
In other embodiments, other forms and arrangements of heat sources are possible, for example, the heat source 33 may be a carbon heat source, a gas heat source, or the like.
The top end 32 of the housing 30 is provided with a top end opening 321 for placing food to be cooked. Specifically, the cooking hob 10 comprises a frame 18 and a support 14; the frame 18 can be disposed at the top end opening 321 of the top end 32 so that the food can be heated by the heat source 33.
Alternatively, the frame 18 is fixedly or removably disposed at the top end opening 321 of the top end 32. In certain embodiments, removably disposing the frame 18 of the cooking hob 10 at the top end 32 is advantageous, as the user can easily replace and clean the cooking hob 10.
In some embodiments, the frame 18 may also include a handle 181 to facilitate user access to the cooking hob 10.
The support 14 is fixedly connected with the frame 18, and the cooking plate 20 is supported by the support 14, whereby the cooking plate 20 is coupled to the cooking hob 10. Thus, in the use state, the cooking plate 20 for containing food to be cooked is placed on the top end 32, and the food in the cooking plate 20 is heated by the heat source 33.
Since the cooking apparatus 1 has both the cooking plate 20 and the cooking hob 10, a user can cook a plurality of foods simultaneously with only one cooking apparatus 1, which is beneficial to reduce the use difficulty and the use cost of the user.
In some embodiments, the support 14 includes at least one connecting rod 141. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, at least one connecting rod 141 fixedly connects the frame 18 and the cooking plate 20 together. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the cooking plate 20 is provided as part of the cooking hob 10. Therefore, for specific cooking requirements, such as baking cakes, pizza and other foods, the user can also use the cooking rack 10 to complete the cooking, and the application range of the cooking device is expanded. Also, the frame 18 and the cooking plate 20 are fixedly coupled together for the user to store and use
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3-5, the cooking hob 10 may also comprise a barbecue grid 19, such that the heat source 33 may heat food placed on the barbecue grid 19.
In some embodiments, the cooking hob 10 comprises an opening 12, the opening 12 having a peripheral edge, at least a portion of the peripheral edge being used as a support 14 to support the cooking plate 20. Using the outer circumferential edge of the opening 12 as a support simplifies both the manufacturing process of the cooking hob 10 and the coupling structure between the cooking hob 10 and the cooking plate 20, reducing the cost of the product.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the cooking hob 10 includes a plurality of barbecue grills 19 with the same or similar spacing, so that food such as meat and vegetables can be placed on the barbecue grills 19 to be heated by the heat source 33. As shown in fig. 3, in which the interval between two grid bars, which are filled with hatching and indicated by 14 in fig. 3 (i.e., the two grid bars may be used as the support 14), is significantly increased according to the size of the cooking plate 20. The opening 12 is formed by the aforementioned two gridlines and a portion 181 of the frame 18 connecting the two gridlines.
In this way, when the cooking plate 20 is placed in the opening 12, the cooking plate 20 may be supported by the support 14 (i.e., the aforementioned two grid bars). In other embodiments, depending on the shape and size of the cooking plate 20, a portion 181 of the frame 18 may also be used as the support portion 14, in which case the cooking plate 20 may be supported by both the aforementioned two grid bars and a portion 181 of the frame 18 (i.e., in which case the support portion 14 includes both the grid bars and a portion 181 of the frame 18).
In some embodiments, the opening 12 as shown in fig. 3 may be designed to allow placement of multiple cooking plates 20. In other embodiments, other forms of openings and arrangements are possible, for example, multiple openings 12 may be provided, and for a single opening 12, it may be possible to place one cooking plate 20 matching the size of the opening 12.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the cooking hob 10 includes an opening 12 and a grill formed by a plurality of equally spaced grill grids 19. The opening 12 has a peripheral edge forming a closed oval ring shape, which is connected to the frame 18 via a plurality of grilling grids 19 intersecting therewith. At this time, the peripheral edge serves as the support portion 14. A cooking plate 20 matching the shape of the opening 12 may be placed in the opening 12, and the outer peripheral edge serves to support the cooking plate 20.
The heat source 33 may heat the food on the grill grid 19, so that the user can simultaneously grill the food using the cooking hob 10 and cook the food using the cooking plate 20, by the combination of the grill grid 19 and the cooking plate 20.
In some embodiments, the grilling grid 19 can be a bar or rod having a circular or rectangular or other shaped cross section and the diameter or cross sectional area of which should be as small as possible to reduce the obstruction of the heat radiation of the heat source 33 by the grilling grid 19.
In other embodiments, other forms of openings are possible, for example, the opening 12 may have a peripheral edge forming a polygon, a circle, or other irregular shape.
In some embodiments, a grid plate having a grid plate edge that matches the peripheral edge may also be placed in the opening 12. Thereby, the cooking hob 10 will be used as a cooking grid, such as a barbecue grill. This extends the range of applications of the cooking hob 10, facilitating the user to replace cooking plates 20 of different configurations as required to provide the cooking hob 10 with one and/or more cooking functions.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the support portion 14 may include a support plate 142, and the support plate 142 is made of a light-transmissive material. In the case of using a heat radiation light source as the heat source 33, the light-transmissive support plate 142 allows light to penetrate therethrough. In this way, the heat source 33 may heat the cooking plate 20 to heat the food by the cooking plate 20, and the light radiated from the heat source 33 may also penetrate the support plate 142 and be radiated to the food to directly heat the food. The light-transmitting material may be, for example, a glass material.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, cooking plate 20 includes a bottom 22, a periphery 21, and lugs 23. As shown in fig. 6, the bottom 22 has, for example, a planar shape for containing food. In certain embodiments, the base 22 can be supported on the support 14 (e.g., as shown in fig. 5).
The peripheral rim 21 protrudes from the edge of the bottom 22, so that the peripheral rim 21 and the bottom 22 together define a cavity for receiving food; in this way, the cooking plate 20 can cook soup, food that cannot be placed on the cooking rack 10, for example, and can place meat, vegetables, and the like.
And a lug 23 extending radially outward from the circumferential rim 21, and the lug 23 may be supported on the support 14 in a state where the cooking plate 20 is coupled with the cooking hob 10. In some embodiments, cooking plate 20 also includes a handle 24. As shown in fig. 7, the user grasps the handle 24 to place the cooking plate 20 on the cooking hob 10 or to remove the cooking plate 20 from the cooking hob 10. In some embodiments, the handle 24 may be made of a thermally insulating material to prevent a user from contacting the hot cooking plate 20.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the bottom 22 of the cooking plate 20 is grid-shaped. The bottom of the grid shape can release grease drops or water drops separated from the food.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the bottom 22 of the cooking plate 20 is inclined, and the inclined bottom 22 is further provided with a through hole 221. Excessive grease drops or water drops generated in the cooking process of the food can be discharged through the through holes 221, and the taste and the cooking quality of the food are guaranteed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the bottom 22 of the cooking plate 20 is curved. This allows the food to be heated evenly and to heat the food with a larger heated area. In some embodiments, the base 22 may be other irregular shapes, as desired for practical purposes.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the cooking plate 20 is made of a light transmissive material, for example, a glass material. For example, the bottom 22 of the cooking plate 20 may be made of a light transmissive material. In some embodiments, the bottom 22, perimeter 21, and lugs 23 of the cooking plate 20 may be made of a light transmissive material.
The cooking plate 20 made of the light-transmitting material enables the food to be directly heated by the radiation from the heat source 33 while being heated by the heat conducted by the cooking plate 20 (the cooking plate 20 is heated by the heat source 33), thereby improving the application range and the heating efficiency of the cooking plate 20.
In other embodiments, the cooking plate 20 may also be made of a steel material. At this time, the food is heated mainly by the heat source to heat the cooking plate 20, and then the food is heated by the cooking plate 20.

a support (14) fixedly connected to the frame (18);
wherein the cooking plate (20) is supported by the support (14) to be coupled to the cooking hob (10).
2. The cooking apparatus of claim 1,
the support (14) comprises at least one connecting rod (141), the at least one connecting rod (141) being used to fixedly connect the frame (18) and the cooking plate (20) together.
3. The cooking apparatus of claim 1,
the support portion (14) includes a support plate (142), and the support plate (142) is made of a light-transmitting material.
4. The cooking apparatus of claim 1,

and the bottom (22) or the lugs (23) are adapted to be supported on the support (14) so as to removably couple the cooking plate (20) to the support (14).
7. Cooking apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the cooking plate (20) further comprises a handle (24) adapted to be grasped for accessing the cooking plate (20).
8. Cooking apparatus according to claim 6,
the bottom (22) of the cooking plate (20) is inclined, and the inclined bottom (22) is further provided with a through hole (221).
9. Cooking apparatus according to claim 6,
the bottom (22) of the cooking plate (20) is latticed and/or curved.
