Abstract
The present invention relates to a coated filament covering yarn, which exhibits a melange effect by expressing a fresh color by a combination of colors of respective coated yarns through double covering of two strands of pressing yarn around a core yarn, and in particular, Combination and color difference manifestation can provide a highly esthetic fabric.
Description
The present invention relates to a coated filament covering yarn, and more particularly, to a covering yarn produced by using a coated filament.
In the textile industry, textile products such as clothes and curtains are made using coated yarns obtained by coating the yarn to obtain yarns having various functions. The coating enhances the quality and performance of the textile product by coating the yarn with polymers having various functions such as far-infrared radiation effect, aroma, deodorization, and flame retardant function.
Such a coating yarn was difficult to develop various colors when fabric was woven because of its monotonous color, and it was difficult to use it as a garment by weaving a fabric with only a coating yarn because of poor hygroscopicity and touch.
In order to improve the color, hygroscopicity and feel, there is a difficulty in mixing and spinning with a natural fiber yarn because of the difficulty in processing.
The coated filament yarn may be covered with a covering, which is difficult to cover because of the slippery surface and rigidity of the coating yarn, and the three covering double covering, not covering the single yarn, There has been a difficult problem that the TM must be precisely controlled and covered.
Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2009-0076508 discloses a method for producing a light metal composite yarn composed of a metal coated yarn and a plain yarn, wherein the metal coated yarn is compared with the fineness of the ordinary yarn, Wherein the metal composite yarn is formed into a shape of a metal coated yarn. The method of claim 1, wherein the metal composite yarn is a metal coated yarn. While the twist is maintained well due to its well-maintained nature, in the case of a general coated yarn, there is a problem that the twist stability is poor and the twist is loosened during covering.
Therefore, the present invention solves the problem of difficulty in covering due to the inherent characteristics of the coated filament yarn, and thus it is possible to obtain a melange effect by expressing a fresh color by a combination of colors of respective coated yarns through double covering of two strands of pressing yarn, And a method for producing the coated filament covering yarn.
Therefore, according to the present invention, in the method for producing the covering yarn,
The core filament is covered with the first pressing yarn while the core yarn polyester POY yarn is stretched at a stretching ratio of 1.05 to 1.10, and then one of the natural fiber yarn, the synthetic fiber yarn and the coated filament is covered with the second pressing yarn, , Followed by heat setting at 90 to 95 DEG C for 30 minutes. A method for producing a coated filament covering yarn is provided.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
The present invention relates to a method for producing a coated filament covering yarn, and more particularly, to a method for producing a covering yarn by solving the problem of difficulty in covering due to the slippery surface characteristics of the coated filament.
The coated filament covering yarn of the present invention is produced by covering a core filament polyester POY with a first pressing yarn and then covering any one of natural fiber yarn, synthetic fiber yarn and coated filament with a second pressing yarn, Direction. ≪ / RTI >
The polyester POY yarn as the core yarn at the time of covering is stretched at a stretching ratio of 1.05 to 1.10. The core yarn stretched by the heat treatment after covering is shrunk to more firmly set the covering state of the first pressing yarn and the second pressing yarn do.
The coated filaments may be obtained by coating thermoplastic polyurethane resin (TPU), PVC resin, silicone resin or functional particles on the surface of a synthetic fiber yarn. In some cases, filament yarns It can be used as a processed yarn.
It is preferable that at least one of the first pressing yarn and the second pressing yarn uses a coating filament in terms of color development and workability. One of the first pressing yarn and the second pressing yarn can be used in various applications by using a coating filament and the other using natural fiber or synthetic fiber yarn.
Both the first pressing yarn and the second pressing yarn are not loosened even when the first filament yarn and the second pressing yarn use the coating filament.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the first pressing yarn and the second pressing yarn are covered with TM 200 to 400. In the case of less than TM 200, double covering or jointing may not be performed well, If it is exceeded, it may cause a problem that rough feeling and color of core yarn are not expressed due to exceeding the proper connection number.
After the covering, the heat setting is performed at 90 to 95 ° C for 30 minutes. The polyester POY yarn, which is a core yarn drawn at a stretching ratio of 1.05 to 1.10, is shrunk by heat treatment to more firmly set the covering state of the first pressing yarn and the second pressing yarn So that the stability of the covering twist is improved.
According to the present invention, when the coated filament is covered with the first pressing yarn on the outer periphery of the polyester POY yarn and any one of the natural fiber yarn, synthetic fiber yarn and coated filament is covered with the second pressing yarn and covered in the direction opposite to the first pressing yarn Characterized in that a coated filament covering yarn is provided.
Therefore, according to the coated filament covering yarn of the present invention, it is possible to provide a hard covering yarn through double covering of two strands of pressing yarn with a core yarn as a center, and exhibit a melange effect by expressing fresh colors by combination of colors of respective coated yarns, When weaving with a fabric, it is possible to obtain a highly esthetic fabric by combining various colors and manifesting a color difference.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is an enlarged view of the surface of the covering yarn of the present invention. Fig.
The following examples illustrate non-limiting examples of the process for preparing the coated filament covering yarn of the present invention.
[Example 1]
(Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) resin coated polyester filament, 75 d to 100 d) was covered with TM 350 in the Z direction with the first pressing yarn while stretching the core yarn polyester yarn (150 d to 200 d) at a draw ratio of 1.05 , A coating filament (thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) resin-coated polyester filament, 75d to 100d) was covered with TM 200 in the S direction by a second press, and then heat set at 90 ° C for 30 minutes. .
