Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Generally, in the rolling process of a steel mill, the wire rod is rolled. The rolled wire rod is wound by a laying head part and then discharged to the conveyor apparatus in an annular shape. The conveyor apparatus feeds the annular wire and drops it. When the wire rod is sufficiently stacked on the discharge side of the conveyor apparatus, the wire rod holder transfers the stacked wire rod to the subsequent process.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] The background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 2004-0061032 (published on July 07, 2004, entitled "Sectioned Ring Guide for Rolling Head of Rolling Mill").
According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a wire conveyor apparatus which allows the annular wire material to be uniformly cooled while being conveyed.
The wire conveyor apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a laying head portion in which an annular wire rod is continuously discharged; A feeding chain part for feeding the annular wire material discharged from the laying head part; A sprocket unit installed to support the conveying chain unit and running the conveying chain unit in an endless track; And a plurality of wire rod supporting bars protruding from the conveying chain portion and arranged in a plurality of directions along the conveying direction of the conveying chain portion so as to have an interval narrower than the diameter of the annular wire member.
The wire support bar supports the annular wire material so that a plurality of the annular wire materials are mounted obliquely to form a bundle so that neighboring annular wire cloths are spaced apart from each other.
The wire support bar may be disposed at equal intervals along the conveying direction of the conveying chain portion.
An edge portion may be formed on the wire support bar so that the annular wire may be in point contact with the wire rod support on the edge.
The longitudinal section of the wire support bar may be formed in a square shape so that one side of the annular wire may be supported on the side of the wire support bar.
According to the present invention, since the plurality of annular rods are obliquely mounted by the wire support bar and the plurality of adjacent annular rods are spaced apart from each other, the overlapping area of the annular rods can be reduced. The overlapping area of the annular wire can be reduced, so that the difference in cooling rate between the annular wire and the annular wire can be reduced.
Further, according to the present invention, since the wire rod supporting bars are disposed at equal intervals so as to support the intermediate portion of the annular wire rod, the annular wire rod is inclined toward the center of the wire rod supporting bar. Therefore, since the distance between the annular wire rod and the transfer chain part is relatively large, the air contact area of the annular wire rod can be increased.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a wire conveyor apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a
The rolled wire (not shown) flows linearly into the
The
The
The
At this time, the
Since the neighboring
The

The operation of the wire conveyor apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 4 is a side view showing a state where an annular wire is mounted on a wire conveyor apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a side view of a wire conveyor apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a side view showing a state in which an annular wire is stacked between adjacent wire rod supporting bars in a wire conveyor apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG.
4 to 6, hot wire rolled in the hot rolling process is supplied linearly to the laying
The
The
Therefore, a space at which air can pass through is relatively large between the conveying
The
As described above, since the plurality of
Since the
