외측면에 기판이 안착되고, 내측면에 길이 방향을 따라 연장되는 적어도 하나의 가이드 라인을 구비하여, 상기 기판이 이송되도록 순환하는 반송 벨트 및;
상기 가이드 라인에 대응하여 외주면에 제 1 가이드 홈이 형성되고, 상기 제 1 가이드 홈에 상기 가이드 라인을 삽입하여 상기 반송 벨트를 순환시키는 복수 개의 롤러를 포함하되;
상기 가이드 라인은 상기 길이 방향에 수직한 단면의 하부가 상기 내측면과 결합되는 상부보다 넓게 제공되고, 상기 제 1 가이드 홈은 상기 가이드 라인에 대응되는 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 이송 장치.In the substrate transfer device:
