Description

Technical Field [0001] The present invention relates to a vertical and horizontal moving welding apparatus,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a vertical and horizontal moving welding apparatus, and more particularly, to a vertical and horizontal moving welding apparatus capable of conveniently welding a ship or a large storage tank.

Storage tanks used in factories producing various oil and gas generally use large storage tanks. The size of these large storage tanks is considerably larger than 100 m in diameter, and the size of one of the steel plates constituting the large storage tanks is considerably large to 3 m in height.

Conventionally, in order to produce such a large-sized storage tank, in the case of vertical or horizontal welding, steel plates are temporarily adhered, and welded parts welded by manual arc welding. When a large storage tank is welded by conventional welding methods, if a welder welds a part of a large storage tank, it must be moved by using a ladder or other safety passage in order to weld the other part, There is a problem.

In addition, when the welded portions where the steel plates constituting the large-sized storage tank are welded are vertically or horizontally welded, the welder must directly carry the heavy welding torch to be welded, resulting in poor working efficiency and poor weldability.

To solve these conventional problems, an auxiliary device for horizontal and vertical movable automatic welding devices is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 01-0175956. No. 20-0175956 (ancillary apparatus for horizontal and vertical movable automatic welding apparatus), a rectangular frame is vertically symmetrically positioned so that a steel plate insert is formed on a transverse frame of a framework in which longitudinal and transverse frames are cross- A generator connected to a ring fixed to the bottom of the longitudinal frame is fixedly installed on one side of the frame, and a frame on which the cooler and the welder are housed is fixedly connected to the other side of the longitudinal frame, And a work plate which is installed at the bottom of one side of the frame and which is in contact with the upper end of the steel plate and a roller which contacts both side surfaces of the steel plate. The auxiliary plate of the welder main body, generator, Since an auxiliary device is provided for moving the device in association with these welders, There is an effect of being able to carry out work in contact with a very easy and efficient.

However, in accordance with No. 20-0175956 (ancillary equipment for horizontal and vertical movable automatic welding devices), auxiliary devices such as welder bodies, generators, and coolers required for horizontal or vertical movable automatic welders can be moved in conjunction with these welders However, since the horizontal moving welding device and the vertical moving welding device are separately required, the configuration of the equipment becomes complicated and the cost increases. In the case where the vertical welding is performed and the horizontal welding is performed, Direction Since the welding device must be removed, it is necessary to separate equipment such as a crane when replacing the welding device and it takes a long time to replace the equipment, which is inefficient for welding of ships or large storage tanks.
