Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 비교예 1에 의해 제조된 나노 입자의 안정성 평가 결과 그래프이다. 구체적으로 2a는 파장 변화에 따른 강도변화를 일자별로 기록한 것이며, 2b는 일자별로 나노 입자의 인텐시티 변화를 기록한 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 1의 나노 입자를 물에 분산시킨 후의 TEM 이미지이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 비교예 1의 나노 입자를 물에 분산시킨 후의 TEM 이미지이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 의해 제조된 나노 입자를 LED에 적용하여 패키징하고, 동작실험을 실시한 결과이다. 구체적으로 5a는 색좌표값, 5b는 인텐시티값을 측정한 결과이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 비교예 1에 의해 제조된 나노 입자를 LED에 적용하여 패키징하고, 동작실험을 실시한 결과이다. 구체적으로 6a는 색좌표값, 6b는 인텐시티값을 측정한 결과이다.
Claims (10)
15족 원소 또는 16족 원소로 이루어진 화합물을 포함하는 코어;
상기 코어의 표면에 형성되고, 12족 원소, 13족 원소, 15족 원소, 16족 원소 중 선택된 2종 이상의 원소로 이루어진 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 코어의 밴드갭보다 더 큰 밴드갭을 갖는 제1쉘;을 포함하며,
원소 F를 포함하는 화합물로 상기 제1쉘의 표면이 개질된 나노 입자.
상기 나노 입자는 금속, 비금속, 세라믹, 플라스틱, 고분자, 반도체, 양자점 또는 이들의 하나 이상의 복합 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자.
상기 나노 입자는 광학적 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자.
상기 코어의 12족 원소와 16족 원소로 이루어진 화합물은 CdSe 또는 ZnO인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자.
상기 코어의 13족 원소와 15족 원소로 이루어진 화합물은 InP 또는 InAsP인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자.
상기 제1쉘의 12족 원소, 13족 원소, 15족 원소, 16족 원소 중 선택된 2종 이상의 원소로 이루어진 화합물은 ZnSe, ZnS, ZnSeS, GaZnS, GaP, InP 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자.
(ⅱ)유기 용매 중에서 12족 원소, 13족 원소, 15족 원소, 16족 원소 중 선택된 2종 이상의 원소 함유 화합물을 반응시켜, 상기 코어의 표면에 코어의 밴드갭보다 더 큰 밴드갭을 갖는 제1쉘을 형성한 후, 하기 (a)~(i) 중 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물과 반응시켜, 상기 제1쉘의 표면을 개질하는 단계;를 포함하는 나노 입자의 제조방법.
(a) 메틸노나플루오로부틸에테르
(b) 헥사플루오로프로필렌옥사이드
(c) 1,1,1,3,3,3,-헥사플루오로이소프로필아크릴레이트
(d) 2-(트리플루오로메틸)아크릴산
(e) 2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로필아크릴레이트
(f) 2,2,3,3,4,4,4-헵타플루오로부틸아크릴레이트
(g) 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-옥타플루오로펜틸아크릴레이트
(h) 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-도데카플루오로헵틸아크릴레이트
(i) 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-트리데카플루오로옥틸아크릴레이트
상기 코어의 12족 원소와 16족 원소로 이루어진 화합물은 CdSe 또는 ZnO인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자의 제조방법.
상기 코어의 13족 원소와 15족 원소로 이루어진 화합물은 InP 또는 InAsP인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자의 제조방법.
상기 제1쉘의 화합물은 ZnSe, ZnS, ZnSeS, GaZnS, GaP, InP 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자의 제조방법.
