Claims (5)

A table horizontally installed on the floor;
A center clamping unit installed at both sides of the upper surface of the table at a predetermined interval along the longitudinal direction thereof and fixing the first and second center members on the table at regular intervals;
A plurality of positioning pins disposed parallel to both sides of the table in the width direction and each determining the position of cross members disposed at regular intervals over the first and second center members; And
A side clamping unit provided at a plurality of positions spaced apart along the longitudinal direction at a widthwise edge of the table and fixing the side members coupled to both ends of the cross member on the table;
A plurality of posts provided at both sides in the width direction of the table at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction thereof and having a predetermined height with respect to the upper surface of the table;
A panel clamping unit which is respectively installed in the posts and fixes the floor panels coupled to the upper portions of the cross members and the side members;
An X-axis beam installed on the upper side of the posts arranged along the longitudinal direction of the table;
A Y-axis beam installed on both ends of the X-axis beams, the Y-axis beams being coupled to the X-axis beams by an X-axis linear guide and slidable in a longitudinal direction of the table; And
A welder coupled by the Y-axis beam and the Y-axis linear guide so as to be slidable in the width direction of the table;
And a jig device for assembling the floor frame of the specially equipped truck.

Wherein the side clamping unit comprises:
A first clamp mounted on both sides in the width direction of the table, the center member being mounted with a pin to fix the side member engaged with the cross member on the table; And
A first side actuator for maintaining and releasing the fixed state of the side member by rotating the first clamp with the pin as a rotation center;
And a jig device for assembling the floor frame of the specially equipped truck.
5. The method of claim 4,
A second clamp which is mounted on both sides of the table so as to be slidable and fixed to the table so as to fix the side members to be coupled with the cross members, respectively;
A guide slot installed on both sides of the table in the width direction to guide horizontal movement of the second clamp; And
A second side actuator for slidably moving the second clamp along the guide slot to maintain and release the fixed state of the side member;
Further comprising: a jig device for assembling the floor frame of the specially equipped truck.
