Abstract
Description
이러한 전기자동차의 보조배터리의 관리와 관련하여, 국내 공개특허공보 제10-2012-0012660호(2012년02월10일 공개)에는 전기자동차 및 그 보조배터리의 충전제어방법이 개시되어 있다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 과정을 나타내는 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법에서 보조배터리의 충전 상태에 따라 설정되는 재충전 주기의 예를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (10)
- 차량 전원이 온(On) 된 상태에서 오프(Off) 되기까지 보조배터리의 충전이 수행되었는지를 판단하는 단계;
상기 보조배터리의 충전이 수행되지 않은 것으로 판단되면 기 설정된 이전의 보조배터리 자동 보충전 주기를 유지하는 단계;
상기 보조배터리의 충전이 수행된 것으로 판단되면 보조배터리의 상태 또는 충전 정보에 따라 재충전 주기를 새로이 결정하는 단계; 및
차량 전원 오프 후 수행되는 보조배터리 자동 보충전 주기를 상기 새로이 결정된 재충전 주기로 설정하여 갱신 및 저장하는 단계;
를 포함하는 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차량 전원의 온 상태는,
운전자가 차량 시동 조작을 하여 IG 온(On)이 된 상태,
IG 오프(Off) 이후 차량에 충전커넥터가 연결되어 IG 온이 된 상태,
차량 배터리의 충전을 위해 예약시간을 설정해두어 설정한 예약시간에 따라 IG 온이 된 상태, 및
차량 원격 조작에 의해 IG 온이 된 상태 중에 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
보조배터리의 충전을 제어하는 제어기가 보조배터리의 충전이 이루어지도록 하는 충전신호를 적어도 1회 이상 인가한 경우,
보조배터리의 SOC(State of Charge)가 미리 설정된 SOC값을 초과하거나 차량 전원 온 시점의 초기 SOC에 비해 설정량 이상 증가한 경우, 그리고
차량 전원 온 상태의 운전 사이클(Driving Cycle,DC) 동안 보조배터리의 전압이 충전전압을 초과하는 상황이 일정 시간 이상 유지된 경우 중에 적어도 어느 하나를 충족시킬 경우 상기 보조배터리의 충전이 수행된 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 재충전 주기는 차량 전원 오프 시점의 보조배터리 SOC(State of Charge)에 따른 값으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 재충전 주기는 차량 전원 온 상태 동안의 보조배터리 충전전압 유지시간에 따른 값으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 재충전 주기는 차량 전원 온 동안 보조배터리의 충전을 제어하는 제어기가 보조배터리의 충전을 위해 인가한 충전신호의 인가시간이나 인가횟수에 따른 값으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
보조배터리 자동 보충전을 수행하기 위해 기 설정된 보조배터리 자동 보충전 주기에 맞추어 제어기에 전원이 인가된 차량 웨이크-업 상태에서, 보조배터리의 보충전이 수행되지 않은 경우, 이후 보조배터리 자동 보충전 주기를 미리 정해진 긴급 재충전 주기로 설정 및 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 긴급 재충전 주기는 재충전 주기보다 짧은 시간의 주기로 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 긴급 재충전 주기가 보조배터리의 자동 보충전 주기로 설정된 경우 경고장치를 작동시켜 운전자에게 방전 위험을 경고하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조배터리 보충전 주기 설정 방법.
