- 비닐에스터수지 100중량부, 스티렌 모노머 60~80중량부, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 60~80중량부, 폴리올 50~80중량부, 파라핀왁스 30~50중량부, 소포제 5~7중량부, 테키방지제 3~5중량부를 혼합한 레진; 과
150메쉬 규사 100중량부, 50메쉬 규사 60~80중량부, 30메쉬 규사 30~50중량부 및 포틀랜드시멘트 20~40중량부를 혼합한 몰탈;을
1 : 4의 비율로 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌 프리 액상 섬유 강화 플라스틱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐에스터수지는, 디카르본산 또는 그의 에스테르형성이 가능한 유도체와 디올 성분 또는 그의 에스테르형성이 가능한 유도체의 직접 에스테르화 또는 에스테르 교환 반응을 통해 얻어진 중합체를 포함하고;
상기 스티렌모노머는 비닐 단량체이며;
상기 메틸메타아크릴레이트는 메타아크릴산을 포함하고;
상기 폴리올은 프로필렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 부탄 다이올, 네오펜틸글리콜, 펜탄다이올, 헥산다이올, 트리메틸올 프로판(TMP), 글리세린, 펜타에리트리톨, 디펜타에리트리톨, 솔비톨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 스티렌 프리 액상 섬유 강화 플라스틱.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 따른 스티렌 프리 액상 섬유 강화 플라스틱 제조방법에 있어서,
비닐에스터수지 100중량부에, 그 비닐에스터수지 100중량부를 기준으로 스티렌 모노머 60~80중량부, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 60~80중량부, 폴리올 50~80중량부, 파라핀왁스 30~50중량부, 소포제 5~7중량부, 테키방지제 3~5중량부를 혼합하여 레진을 제조하여 준비하는 단계;
150메쉬 규사 100중량부에, 그 150메쉬 규사 중량부를 기준으로 50메쉬 규사 60~80중량부, 30메쉬 규사 30~50중량부 및 포틀랜드시멘트 20~40중량부를 혼합하여 몰탈을 제조하여 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 레진과 몰탈을 1 : 4의 비율로 배합하여 교반기에서 교반하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌 프리 액상 섬유 강화 플라스틱 제조방법.
- 스티렌 프리 액상 섬유 강화 플라스틱을 이용한 레진 몰탈 공법에 있어서,
시공할 영역을 설정한 후 청소하는 단계;
비닐에스터수지 100중량부에, 그 비닐에스터수지 100중량부를 기준으로 스티렌 모노머 60~80중량부, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 60~80중량부, 폴리올 50~80중량부, 파라핀왁스 30~50중량부, 소포제 5~7중량부, 테키방지제 3~5중량부를 혼합하여 레진을 제조하여 준비하는 단계;
150메쉬 규사 100중량부에, 그 150메쉬 규사 중량부를 기준으로 50메쉬 규사 60~80중량부, 30메쉬 규사 30~50중량부 및 포틀랜드시멘트 20~40중량부를 혼합하여 몰탈을 제조하여 준비하는 단계;
상기 레진과 몰탈을 1 : 4의 비율로 배합하여 교반기에서 교반하여 스티렌 프리 액상 섬유 강화 플라스틱을 제조하는 단계;
상기 스티렌 프리 액상 섬유 강화 플라스틱을 스프레이건 또는 도포기에 충전하여 상기 시공 영역에 스프레이 또는 도포하는 단계; 및
상기 도포된 스티렌 프리 액상 섬유 강화 플라스틱을 건조시킨 후 검사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레진 몰탈 공법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌 프리 액상 섬유 강화 플라스틱은 바닥재, 보강재 또는 보수재로 시공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레진 몰탈공법.
