Claims (3)
- 염화이온 1,000ppm, 황산이온 500ppm, 질산이온 500ppm, 인산이온 50ppm, 알루미늄이온 10ppm 및 철이온 3ppm 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 성분의 함량 기준을 초과 시 불소이온 측정 방법으로,
총이온강도조절버퍼(TISAB) 용액을 투입하여 pH 농도를 4 내지 5로 조절한 측정 대상 시료를 불소이온 측정조로 이송하는 단계,
상기 측정 대상 시료의 40 내지 200배의 불소이온농도를 갖는 보정용 표준시료를 불소이온 측정조로 이송하여 첨가하는 단계,
상기 보정용 표준시료의 농도 및 전위차를 이용한 보정을 통해 수득되는 하기 식 1의 표준 검량선을 구하는 단계,
상기 표준 검량선을 이용하여 측정 시료의 불소이온 농도를 측정하는 단계,
를 포함하는 불소이온 측정 방법.
(식 1) Ex = K + S × LogCx
(상기 식 1에서, Ex는 전위차, S 및 K는 상수, Cx는 불소이온 농도이다.)
- 삭제
- 측정대상 시료를 pH 4 ~ 5로 조절하는 pH 조절조,
상기 pH 조절조에 연결되어 총이온강도조절버퍼(TISAB) 용액을 공급하는 총이온강도조절버퍼 용액조 및 상기 측정대상 시료의 불소이온을 측정하는 불소이온 측정조를 포함하며,
상기 측정 대상 시료의 40 내지 200배의 보정용 표준용액을 공급하는 보정용 표준용액조가 상기 불소이온 측정조의 후단에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하여,
보정용 표준용액으로부터 얻은 하기 식 1의 표준 검량선이 기억된 전자보드 메모리를 이용하여 측정 대상 시료의 불소 이온 농도를 측정하는 불소이온 측정 장치.
