Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 내부 금속 케이싱(15)과;외부 금속 케이싱(25);세라믹 매트릭스 복합재료의 내부 벽(10) 및 외부 벽(20)과, 상기 내부 벽과 외부 벽에 연결된 챔버 단부 벽(30)을 갖춘 환형상 연소챔버; 및상기 챔버의 내부 벽과 외부 벽을 상기 내부 금속 케이싱과 외부 금속 케이싱에 연결하는 탄성적으로 변형가능한 결합부재(17,27);로 이루어진 가스터빈 연소챔버 조립체에 있어서,상기 챔버의 각 내부 벽과 외부 벽(10,20)은 길이방향 선단을 따라 인접해 있는 섹터(100,200)로 외주방향으로 분할되고, 상기 각 섹터는 상기 챔버 단부 벽에서 상기 챔버의 반대쪽 단부까지 연속적으로 뻗고, 각 섹터는 상기 챔버로부터 그 길이방향 선단을 매개로 외부로 접혀져 U자형상 단면을 갖는 부분을 형성하고 대응하는 챔버 벽의 외부면에서 이격된 뒤로 접혀진 가장자리(102,202)로 마무리되며, 상기 결합부재(17,27)는 상기 섹터의 가장자리에 체결되어 상기 챔버의 내부 벽과 외부 벽에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스터빈 연소챔버 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결합부재(17,27)는 실제로 오메가(Ω)형상의 브릿지 형태로 되어 있고, 이 브릿지는 상기 금속 내부 케이싱과 외부 금속 케이싱 중 하나에 연결된 상부(17a,17b)와 상기 대응하는 내부 챔버 벽 또는 외부 챔버 벽의 인접해 있는 2개의 섹터의 인접한 가장자리에 연결된 받침부(17d,17d,27d,27e)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 결합부재(17,27)는 상기 섹터의 가장자리(102,202)의 외부면에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 각 내부 챔버 벽 섹터 또는 외부 챔버 벽 섹터(100,200)는 이의 가장자리에서 제1 및 제2결합부재를 수단으로 하여 상기 대응하는 내부 금속 케이싱 또는 외부 금속 케이싱을 연결하고, 상기 제2결합부재와 상기 대응하는 챔버 벽 섹터 가장자리 사이의 연결부는 길이방향으로 이완부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,밀봉 개스킷(13,23)은 인접해 있는 내부 챔버 벽 섹터 또는 외부 챔버 벽 섹터 사이에 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 개스킷(13,23)은 인접해 있는 2개의 섹터의 뒤로 접혀진 길이방향 선단의 마주보는 만곡부(104,204) 사이에 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 개스킷(13,23)은 X자 혹은 8자 형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 개스킷(13,23)은 내열성 섬유의 섬유 구조물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 섬유 구조물은 세라믹 재료로 적어도 부분적으로 치밀화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서,핀(14,24)은 상기 개스킷이 안착된 사이에서 상기 챔버 벽 섹터의 길이방향 선단에 대해 길이방향으로 각 개스킷(13,23)을 고정하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 챔버 단부 벽(30)은 상기 내부 챔버 벽 섹터와 외부 챔버 벽 섹터에 연결될 내부 및 외부 환형상 플랜지(34,36)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 각 챔버 벽 섹터(100,200)는 연결부로부터 상기 섹터와 챔버 단부 벽(30) 사이로 상류방향으로 뻗은 카울(cowl) 섹터(120,220)를 형성하는 부분과 일체로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,카울 형상부(12,22)는 상기 챔버 단부 벽과의 연결부에서 상기 챔버 단부 벽으로 내부 및 외부 챔버 벽을 상류로 뻗고, 상기 카울 형상부는 상기 챔버 벽 섹터와 구분되고 상기 챔버 단부 벽(30)의 내부 및 외부 환형상 플랜지(34,36)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 연소챔버를 구비한 가스터빈 엔진.
