도 2 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 충방전 전류의 전류 패턴을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 내부저항 측정 장치의 블럭 구성도이다.
도 4 는 전기화학적 임피던스 분광법을 이용하여 얻은 각 등가 파라메타의 참조값이 타당한지를 시뮬레이션한 실험 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 배터리에 전류를 인가하여 배터리의 내부저항을 측정하는 직류 내부저항 측정법을 이용하는 배터리 내부저항 측정 방법에 있어서,
상기 배터리에 충방전 전류를 인가하는 전류 패턴을 배터리 등가 임피던스 모델의 등가 파라메타에 따라 조절하고,
상기 전류 패턴은 상기 배터리에 인가되는 충방전 전류의 휴지 기간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 내부저항 측정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전류 패턴은 상기 배터리에 충방전 전류를 인가하는 시간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 내부저항 측정 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 등가 파라메타는 상기 배터리의 등가 임피던스 모델의 RC 시상수인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 내부저항 측정 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 충방전 전류를 인가하는 시간은 상기 RC 시상수의 설정 배수 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 내부저항 측정 방법.
