Claims (1)

구리 78중량%와 주석 22중량%로 이루어진 혼합물을 1300℃의 열로 용해해서 모형 틀에 부어 유기 슬라브를 만드는 유기슬라브 형성단계;
상기 유기슬라브 형성단계를 거쳐 만들어진 유기 슬라브를 가열로에 넣고 550℃ ~ 650℃로 가열한 후 압연기로 늘리는 늘림 단계;
상기 늘림 단계를 거쳐 늘어난 슬라브를 가열로에 넣고 450℃ ~ 550℃가 되도록 가열한 후 제품의 형상에 맞게 절단하고 성형하는 절단 및 성형 단계;
상기 절단 및 성형 단계를 거쳐 만들어진 제품을 가열로에 넣고 450℃ ~ 550℃가 되도록 가열한 후 프레스 작업을 통해 음각 문양을 형성하는 음각문양 형성단계;
상기 음각문양 형성단계를 거쳐 만들어진 제품의 표면을 연마하는 1차 연마단계;
상기 1차 연마단계를 거친 제품을 가열로에 넣고 50℃ ~ 100℃가 되도록 가열하는 1차 가열 단계;
상기 1차 가열 단계를 거친 제품을 가열로에서 꺼낸 후 식지 아니한 상태에서 에폭시 도료와 경화제를 1 대 0.4 중량비로 섞은 유색 도료를 음각 문양에 도색하는 도색 단계;
상기 도색단계를 거친 제품을 상온에서 냉각하는 1차 냉각 단계;
상기 1차 냉각 단계를 거친 제품을 가열로에 넣고 50℃ ~ 150℃로 가열하는 2차 가열 단계;
상기 2차 가열 단계를 거친 제품을 가열로에서 꺼내 상온에서 냉각하는 2차 냉각 단계;
상기 2차 냉각 단계를 거친 제품의 표면을 사포로 연마하는 2차 연마 단계; 및
상기 2차 연마 단계를 거친 제품의 표면을 광택제로 마무리하는 마무리 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유색 문양을 갖는 유기제품 제조방법.
