Claims (6)
- 고강도 혼합재 2~10 중량%;
1종 포틀랜드 시멘트 25~35 중량%;
입도 30~60mesh 규사 30~45 중량%;
입도 60~100mesh 규사 5~15 중량%;
입도 100~200mesh 규사 5~10 중량%;
CAS, CaO 및 CaSO4의 혼합에 의한 수축 보상재 3~10 중량%;
폴리카르복실레이트계 합성 유동화제 0.05~0.5 중량%;
폴리글리콜계 소포제 0.1~0.3 중량%;
칼슘설퍼알루미네이트계 경화촉진제 0.3~1.0 중량%;를
포함하며,
상기 고강도 혼합재는
슬래그 45~99 중량%;
무수석고 1~55 중량%;를 혼합 분쇄한 것을 특징으로 하는 내해수성 그라우트재 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 고강도 혼합재는
분말도 7000~10,000cm2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 내해수성 그라우트재 조성물. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항의 내해수성 그라우트재 조성물 및 물을 포함하고,
물-시멘트비는 12~18 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내해수성 그라우트 재료. - 해저 지반을 천공하여 천공 홀(1)을 형성하는 단계;
상기 천공 홀(1)에 파일(10)을 설치하고, 제 5항의 그라우트 재료(G)에 의해 그라우팅 하는 단계;
상기 파일(10)의 상부에 해상풍력발전 구조물(100)을 설치하는 단계;를
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해상풍력발전 구조물의 시공방법.
