Abstract
본 발명은 소둔로 내 전기 발열체는 노 내 벽체에 설치되어 노 내 온도를 높여주거나 노 내 온도를 유지하여 스트립의 물성을 변화시키는 소둔로용 발열체에 있어서, 몸체부와; 상기 몸체부로부터 돌출된 적어도 하나의 두께보강부;를 포함하는 소둔로용 발열체를 제공한다.

도 2는 도 1의 (a)의 발열체가 실제 쇼트가 발생한 사진이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 소둔로용 발열체의 구성을 나타낸 구성도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 'C'부의 구성을 상세하게 도시한 상세도이다.
도 5는 도 3의 발열체가 실제 장착된 소둔로 벽체에 장착된 상태를 나태내 보인 측단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 다른 실시예의 발열체의 제작을 설명하기 위해 나타내 보인 설명도이다.

Claims (6)
- 소둔로 내 전기 발열체는 노 내 벽체에 설치되어 노 내 온도를 높여주거나 노 내 온도를 유지하여 스트립의 물성을 변화시키는 소둔로용 발열체에 있어서,
몸체부와;
상기 몸체부로부터 돌출된 적어도 하나의 두께보강부;를 포함하고,
상기 두께보강부는 상기 몸체부의 상단부 및 하단부에 구비된 절연애자 사이의 상기 몸체부에 구비되되,
상기 두께보강부는, 상기 몸체부와 일체로 상기 몸체부의 양 측면에 각각 구비되고, 상기 몸체부에 일정 간격으로 다수개가 연속적으로 돌출되어 요철 형태로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔로용 발열체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 두께보강부는 상기 몸체부의 일 측면에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔로용 발열체. - 삭제
