Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 개시된 건식 제습기는 고온의 다습공기를 흡입하여 제습된 건조 공기를 실내에 공급하는 급기팬; 상기 급기팬에 의해 흡입된 상기 다습공기를 걸러주는 필터; 재생 공기를 흡입하여 재생된 습한 공기를 실외로 방출하는 로터 재생팬; 상기 로터 재생팬에 의해 흡입된 재생 공기를 가온하는 로터 재생히터; 상기 필터를 통해 유입된 상기 다습공기가 흡기류 영역을 통과하면서 습기가 흡착된 제습 공기를 상기 실내로 공급하는 흡기류를 형성하고, 상기 로터 재생히터에 의해 가온된 상기 재생 공기가 배기류 영역을 통과하면서 상기 흡착된 습기를 제거한 습한 공기를 상기 실외로 방출하는 배기류를 상기 흡기류 반대방향으로 형성하도록, 회전가능하게 설치된 제습 로터; 및 상기 로터 재생히터가 재생 공기를 가온하기 전에 상기 재생 공기를 미리 가열하는 재생 에너지 절감수단을 포함한다.

Claims (4)
- 건식 제습기에 있어서,
고온의 다습공기를 흡입하여 제습된 건조 공기를 실내에 공급하는 급기팬;
상기 급기팬에 의해 흡입된 상기 다습공기를 걸러주는 필터;
재생 공기를 흡입하여 재생된 습한 공기를 실외로 방출하는 로터 재생팬;
상기 로터 재생팬에 의해 흡입된 재생 공기를 가온하는 로터 재생히터;
상기 필터를 통해 유입된 상기 다습공기가 흡기류 영역을 통과하면서 습기가 흡착된 제습 공기를 상기 실내로 공급하는 흡기류를 형성하고, 상기 로터 재생히터에 의해 가온된 상기 재생 공기가 배기류 영역을 통과하면서 상기 흡착된 습기를 제거한 습한 공기를 상기 실외로 방출하는 배기류를 상기 흡기류 반대방향으로 형성하도록, 회전가능하게 설치된 제습 로터; 및
상기 로터 재생히터가 재생 공기를 가온하기 전에 상기 재생 공기를 미리 가열하여 상기 로터 재생히터에 유입하는 재생 에너지 절감수단을 포함하고,
상기 재생 에너지 절감수단은,
상기 고온의 다습공기를 냉각하도록 상기 필터와 제습 로터의 사이에 설치되는 쿨러와,
상기 쿨러에서 발생된 열을 응축하는 응축기와,
상기 응축기의 열을 저온의 상기 재생 공기와 열교환하여 1차 히팅하는 1차 재생히터와,
상기 1차 재생히터를 통해 유입된 상기 재생 공기를 2차 히팅하는 히트 파이프를 포함하는
건식 제습기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 쿨러는 상기 제습 로터 이전에 설치된 프리 쿨러와, 상기 제습 로터 이후에 설치된 에프터 쿨러를 포함하되, 상기 프리 쿨러는 항상 작동되며, 상기 에프터 쿨러는 간헐적으로 작동되는
건식 제습기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제습기는
본체의 하부 일측에는 다습공기 및 재생 공기를 각각 유입하도록 다습공기 유입구 및 재생 공기 유입구가 설치되고,
상기 본체의 상부 타측에는 상기 급기팬이 설치되며,
상기 본체의 외측에는 상기 재생팬이 설치되고,
상기 본체의 외측 상부에는 상기 응축기가 설치되는
건식 제습기.
