Claims (7)
- 제습 공간 내에 마련된 감지 유닛,
다습 공기를 흡입하여 제습된 건조 공기를 상기 제습 공간에 급기하는 직접 가열 유닛,
상기 직접 가열 유닛을 제어하는 DDC(Direct digital Controller),
상기 감지 유닛에서 감지된 감지 신호에 따라 상기 DDC를 원격에서 실시간 제어 가능한 사용자 단말기를 포함하고,
상기 직접 가열 유닛은 외기를 냉각하여 공급하는 프리쿨러, 상기 프리쿨러에서 냉각된 외기에서 건식 흡착 방식으로 습기를 흡착하는 제습 로터 및 상기 제습 로터의 수분을 증발시키는 열원부를 포함하며,
상기 열원부는 제1 재생 열원부와 제2 재생 열원부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 재생 열원부는 상기 프리쿨러의 응축열을 이용하고, 상기 제2 재생 열원부는 히터를 이용하며, 상기 히터는 태양광에 의한 전력에 의해 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 제습 시스템. - 제1항에서,
상기 건식 제습 시스템은
압축기 및 응축기를 포함하고 상기 제1 재생 열원부에 열원을 공급하는 제1 열원 공급부 및
태양열을 이용하여 상기 제1 재생 열원부 또는 상기 태양열과 태양광을 이용하여 상기 제1 재생 열원부와 제2 재생 열원부에 열원을 공급하는 제2 열원 공급부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 제습 시스템. - 제2항에서,
상기 제1 재생 열원부는 태양열 축열재가 유동하는 제1 관과 고온 냉매가 유동하는 제2 관을 포함하고,
상기 제2 관은 상기 제1 관 내에 매설된 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 제습 시스템. - 삭제
- 제3항에서,
상기 직접 가열 유닛은
압축기에서 토출되는 고온 냉매가 제1 재생 열원부를 경유하지 않고 응축기로 순환시키는 바이패스 라인과
상기 바이패스 라인을 제어하는 3방 밸브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 제습 시스템. - (a) 사용자 단말기에 의해 제1 재생 열원부 내의 온도를 미리 설정하는 단계,
(b) 직접 가열 유닛에 마련된 급기팬이 작동하여 제습 공간의 급기구로 급기함과 동시에 프리쿨러에 의한 외기의 냉각 및 제습 로터에 의한 외기에 함유된 습기 제거를 실행하는 단계,
(c) 상기 단계 (b)에서의 제습 실행 후, 상기 제1 재생 열원부 내에 마련된 온도 감지 부재에 의해 상기 제1 재생 열원부 내의 온도를 감지하는 단계,
(d) 상기 단계 (c)에서 감지된 온도가 상기 단계 (a)에서 설정된 온도보다 높으면, 압축기에서 토출되는 고온 냉매가 상기 제1 재생 열원부를 경유하지 않도록 바이패스 라인을 통해 응축기로 순환시키는 단계,
(e) 상기 단계 (c)에서 감지된 온도가 상기 단계 (a)에서 설정된 온도보다 낮으면, 배터리에서 전력을 공급하여 제2 재생 열원부의 히터를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 제습 제어 방법. - 제6항에서,
제1 열원 공급부에서 제1 재생 열원부로의 열원 공급과 제2 열원 공급부에서 제1 재생 열원부 및 제2 재생 열원부로의 열원 공급은 사용자 단말기에 의해 미리 설정된 온도에 따라 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 제습 제어 방법.
