Claims (9)
2) 동일 반응기 내에 다당류 분해효소 및 발효 균주를, 상기 조류 바이오매스에 첨가하여 반응물을 생산하는 단계; 및
3) 상기 반응물로부터 젖산을 수득하는 단계;
를 포함하는 젖산 생산방법.
상기 2) 단계의 반응물 생산시 촉매를 더 투입하는 젖산의 생산방법.
상기 촉매는 황산, 염산, 브롬산, 질산, 아세트산, 포름산, 과염소산, 인산, 파라-톨루엔설폰산(p-toluenesulfonic acid, PTSA) 및 고체산으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산 촉매 또는 수산화칼륨, 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼슘, 암모니아 수용액으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 알카리 촉매인 생산방법.
상기 젖산은 D형의 젖산이 선택적으로 제조되는 생산방법.
상기 D형의 젖산은 락토바실러스 코니포미스 톨퀸스 ATCC 25600(Lactobacillus coryniformis subsp. torquens ATCC 25600)을 이용하는 생산방법.
상기 젖산은
ⅰ) 조류에 다당류 분해효소 및 발효 균주를 동시에 투입하고, 20 내지 50℃ 온도에서 1 내지 5일 동안 당화 및 발효를 동시에 진행시킴으로써 제조되거나 또는,
ⅱ) 조류에 다당류 분해효소를 투입하여 20 내지 60℃에서 당화시키고, 상기 동일 반응기에 연속적으로 발효 균주를 투입하여 25 내지 50℃에서 1 내지 5일 발효시킴으로써 제조되거나 또는,
ⅲ) 조류에 촉매를 가하여 일차 가수분해시킨 다음 다당류 분해효소를 투입하여 20 내지 60℃에서 당화시키고, 상기 동일 반응기에 연속적으로 발효 균주를 투입하여 25 내지 50℃에서 1 내지 5일 발효시킴으로써 제조되는 생산방법.
상기 발효 균주는 락토 바실러스 파라카세이 LAB3510(Lactobacillus paracasei LAB3510, KCTC 3510), 락토바틸러스 파라카세이 스페이시즈 톨레란스 LA104(Lactobacillus paracaseisubsp. tolerans LA104, KCTC 11883BP) 또는 이들의 혼합균주인 생산방법.
상기 조류 바이오매스는 생체; 건조체; 탄소수 1 내지 5의 저급 알코올로 침출 여과 후 남은 잔사물; 유기물 정제 장치를 이용하여 물, 탄소수 1 내지 5의 저급 알코올 또는 이들의 연속 용매로 추출 후 남은 잔사물; 유기용매를 이용하여 지질성분을 추출하고 남은 잔사물;로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종인 생산방법.
