Claims (3)
- 센터 하우징의 일측 공간부 내측면에 설치되어 터빈 휠과 컴프레서 휠, 및 전동모터를 연결하는 회전축의 축방향 하중을 지지하는 터보 차저용 베어링에 있어서,
상기 센터 하우징의 공간부 일측면에 체결되며, 중앙에는 상기 회전축이 관통하는 관통홀이 형성되어, 상기 관통홀과 상기 회전축 상에 설치되는 커플링과의 사이에 오일챔버를 형성하는 베어링체;
상기 센터 하우징의 내부에 형성되는 오일공급통로에 대응하여 상기 베어링체의 중앙부 상측에서 상기 오일챔버를 향하는 상기 관통홀의 내주면까지 연결되어 형성되는 오일 유입구; 및
상기 센터 하우징의 내부에 형성되는 오일배출통로에 대응하여 상기 베어링체의 중앙부 하측에 형성되어 상기 오일챔버 내의 윤활유를 배출하는 오일 배출구;
를 포함하되,
상기 오일 배출구는 상기 베어링체의 중앙부 하측이 절개되어 상기 관통홀과 연결되는 홈으로 형성되며, 상기 홈의 하측이 상기 오일배출통로를 향하는 경사면으로 형성되고,
상기 베어링체는 상기 오일 유입구 및 오일 배출구가 내부에 일체로 형성됨에 따라, 자체적으로 오일챔버 하우징의 역할을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 차저용 베어링. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베어링체는 실링 브라켓과 오일 디플렉터의 기능을 함께 수행하고, 상기 회전축의 길이를 단축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 차저용 베어링.
