Claims (4)
- 가스를 유도하는 중공 공간(gas bearing cavity) 안에 분석기를 설치하기 위한 홀더(10)를 구비하며, 상기 홀더(10)가 종축(A)을 갖는 볼 세그먼트(30)(ball segment) 및 볼 팬(20)(ball pan)을 포함하는 광학 분석기에 있어서,
상기 볼 팬(20)은 제 1 세그먼트(21) 및 제 2 세그먼트(22)를 갖고, 상기 볼 팬이 볼 세그먼트(30)를 종축(A)의 방향으로 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 둘러싸도록 형성되며,
상기 볼 팬이 볼 세그먼트(30)에 대하여 상대적으로 그리고 이로써 분석기가 중공 공간에 대하여 상대적으로 두 개 이상의 트레드 바(threaded rod)(40)에 의해서 고정될 수 있으며, 그리고
상기 볼 팬(20)과 볼 세그먼트(30) 사이에는 하나 이상의 밀봉부(50)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는,
광학 분석기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 트레드 바(40)는 한 단부(40a)에서는 볼 팬(20)에 단단히 연결되어 있고, 다른 단부(40b)에서는 스크루 너트(44)에 의해 볼 세그먼트(30)에 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
광학 분석기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 볼 팬(20)과 볼 세그먼트(30) 사이에 스프링 부재가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는,
광학 분석기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 볼 팬(20)과 볼 세그먼트(30) 사이의 트레드 바(40) 중 하나 이상의 주위에 하나의 스크루 스프링(42) 또는 디스크 스프링이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는,
광학 분석기.
