Description
Claims (4)
- 금속 성형기에 제공된 재료 용융 유지 장치가, 용융 유지로의 노체와, 상기 노체 상에 서로 병렬로 제공된, 재료봉용 용융 실린더와 상기 재료봉을 상기 노체에 직접 공급하기 위한 재료 공급 실린더를 포함하고, 성형이 개시되면 상기 재료봉은 상기 용융 실린더로부터 상기 용융 유지로 내로 용융된 재료를 공급하기 전에 상기 용융 실린더를 이용하여 용융되고, 이어서 상기 재료 공급 실린더로부터 상기 노체의 바닥 부분으로 공급된 상기 재료봉이 용융된 재료에 의해 침지되고 용융되며, 이로써 성형 개시 후 용융 유지로 내의 침지 용융을 유지하는, 금속 성형기의 재료 용융 유지 장치에서의 재료봉 용융 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,성형이 개시되면, 상기 재료봉이 상기 용융 실린더와 상기 재료 공급 실린더에 공급되고, 상기 용융 유지로 내의 상기 용융된 재료의 용융 표면이 상기 재료 공급 실린더로부터 공급된 상기 재료봉의 침지 용융에 충분한 레벨에 도달하면, 상기 용융 실린더는 상기 재료봉의 용융을 중단하고, 상기 재료 공급이 계속되는 동안 상기 재료봉은 상기 재료 공급 실린더에 의해 예열되는, 금속 성형기의 재료 용융 유지 장치에서의 재료봉 용융 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 재료봉이 상기 용융 실린더에 먼저 공급되고, 상기 용융 유지로 내의 상기 용융된 재료의 용융 표면이 상기 재료 공급 실린더로부터 공급된 상기 재료봉의 침지 용융에 충분한 레벨에 도달하고 난 후, 상기 재료봉이 상기 재료 공급 실린더에 공급되며, 상기 재료 공급이 계속되는 동안 상기 재료 공급 실린더에 의해 상기 재료봉이 예열되는, 금속 성형기의 재료 용융 유지 장치에서의 재료봉 용융 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 용융 실린더에 의한 상기 재료봉의 용융과 상기 용융 유지로 내에서의 상기 용융된 재료에 의한 상기 재료봉의 침지 용융이 동시에 실행되는, 금속 성형기의 재료 용융 유지 장치에서의 재료봉 용융 방법.
