Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 경량화로 인한 벽면의 자중을 줄일 수 있도록 하고, 지관을 이용하여 중공을 형성함으로써 전선, 전화선, 안테나선, 통신선 등과 같은 케이블이나 수도관, 에어콘 냉매관 등의 파이프 등이 쉽게 통과할 수 있도록 하여 시공성이 우수하며, 지관으로 중공을 유지하는데 충분한 강도를 확보할 수 있고, 지관으로 폐지 등을 활용할 수 있도록 함으로써 제조 단가를 줄이도록 한다.

도 3 내지 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지관을 이용한 중공 경량콘크리트 패널의 제조방법을 설명하기 위한 도면이고,
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지관을 이용한 중공 경량콘크리트 패널의 제조방법에 사용되는 성형틀의 일례를 도시한 측면도이고,
도 7은 도 6의 A-A선에 따른 단면도이다.

- 경량콘크리트 패널의 제조방법에 있어서,
성형틀 내의 양측면에 시멘트보드를 설치하고, 상기 성형틀 내에서 상기 시멘트보드 사이에 위치하도록 1개 또는 2개 이상의 지관을 고정시키는 단계;
상기 성형틀 내에 경량콘크리트 슬러리를 주입하여 상기 지관에 의해 확보되는 중공을 제외한 영역에 상기 경량콘크리트 슬러리가 채워지도록 하는 단계;
상기 성형틀 내에 주입된 경량콘크리트 슬러리를 경화시키는 단계; 및
상기 경량콘크리트 슬러리가 경화되면, 상기 성형틀을 해체함으로써 상기 성형틀로부터 상기 경량콘크리트 슬러리의 경화에 의해 형성되는 경량콘크리트층과 그 양측에 부착된 시멘트보드를 분리하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 성형틀은,
지면에 설치되는 바닥판;
상기 바닥판 상에 서로 이격되도록 조립되는 한 쌍의 측면판;
상기 측면판의 양단에 각각 위치하도록 상기 바닥판 상에 조립되고, 상기 시멘트보드의 양쪽 끝단이 각각 끼워지도록 끼움홈이 각각 형성되는 전면블록 및 후면블록; 및
상기 전면블록 및 상기 후면블록의 상단에 끼워짐으로써 상기 측면판 사이에 위치하는 지관의 상단을 지지하는 지관지지부재;
를 포함하는 지관을 이용한 중공 경량콘크리트 패널의 제조방법. - 삭제
